“We are so appreciative of Open Door and their team of down to earth, yet professional, and honest realtors. The buyers realtor Lauren, & her assistant Allyson have been awesome! As well as the sellers Realtor Keisha, who helped us with a bit of an extension as the USPS had a three say delay delivering a 20k earnest money and escrow down pmt check! All you team so far rock. “Can't say enough good things about the process of selling a home with Opendoor. It was as seamless and smooth as could be, having been through the stress and anxiety of selling properties before this one. Ariel, my Opendoor contact, was great, handling all my questions and concerns. Documents were all sent and signed electronically, except for one batch that required notarization, and they even sent the notary to me! I never had to leave the house. Just a great experience, sold at a more than fair price. I highly recommend Opendoor.”

“They have great customer service. If you have a question they get back to you right away. The price they offered was very fair and even above what comparable homes were selling for. They were up front about the closing costs and there were no surprises. They were very flexible to work with. The entire transaction went smoothly. The closing went quickly too. No headaches or qualifying a buyer. We highly recommend them!”

“I truly don’t know how fair they are with the seller, but as a buyer haven sent two offers to two homes they have listed, and for months already, they came back with a plain Not accepted!!! Not even professionally say we don’t accept your offer, this is the lowest that we can go down, or can we discuss a different option, they don’t negotiate, they are greedy second time they were only willing to go down $1000 !!!!🤨🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣”

“Working with the OpenDoor contact, Kashawna Pinkard, was great. Selling online was a different experience, especially concerned on getting value for my property. Ended up contacting 4 different purchase companies and a real estate agent and went with the proposal from Opendoor. I did have an opportunity to negotiate the amount. My final determination was on the end sell price per sq. ft. compared to other values in the area. I think I did good.”

“I was weighing my options with other online buyers and traditional selling methods. Opendoor buying agents were professional, consistent, non-pressuring and knowledgeable. Being able to sell so quickly, for a fair price and without haggle was an amazing experience. Would highly recommend.”
