“It was a pleasant experience, the price was reasonable, and I didn't need to worry about fixing up the house to have it sold. I requested an earlier closing date and Opendoor was very cooperative. I worked with Cole, he was very responsive and replied to my texts and email right away. When he was off, his team would follow through on all the issues. It made me feel there was a team instead of just one person working on my transaction. I would highly recommend Opendoor to my friends.”

“I'm a real estate agent and booked a showing to view a "vacant" property with my clients. We arrived 10 mins late and called customer to assist with access to the property. The customer service made me wait 10 mins outside the home and that I had to create a new appointment on a property that's been on the market for 120 days. You need to have better systems so that we can all work together as a team.”

“I am very pleased with OPENDOOR and the service they provide. I was blessed to be assigned to Karen Tazioli she made everything happen I loved the idea I never left my house from the beginning to the end and she’s very professional in everything she does and knowledgeable of her job. She makes things happen exactly when she said it’s going to happen. I would like to recommend OPENDOOR to everyone that’s thinking about selling there home. This is the easiest and best way to go.”

“Open Door was the best route for me to take and secure funds from From the sale of my home. Open Door made the sale of my home a smooth and hassle-free process. I received a great market valueprice for my home without the arduous need for repairs and placing my home 🏠 Up for sale. I was able to chose my closing date and received my funds within 24 hours after closing. I will definitely use Open Door versus the traditional methods of selling my home. At the end, I was able to use the funds from the sale to pay off all my debts while reserving cash for future investing. I am deeply appreciative of my experience with z open Doir and I encourage anyone to do your homework and compare them with other buyers.”

“Entered a home search for 500K to 700K specifically. I keep getting emails from Opendoor for homes 800K to 900K, not one of them in the range I requested.”

“Having a house built and selling a current home can be very stressful. Once I decided to sell with Opendoor the stress from preparing a home for showings, making minor repairs and waiting on offers was eliminated. A short process and my offer was made almost immediately. Once I accepted the offer I was allowed to stay in the home until closer to completion of the building of my new home. Closing day was simple and conducted from my home online! The proceeds from the sale was in my bank account the very same day! The process was so simple, the offer was very fair and I have and will continue to recommend Opendoor to those considering selling their home.”

“We had a very positive experience with Opendoor, from communication, pricing, closing and disbursement of funds, the entire process was all stress free and positive. Opendoor allowed us to stay in our house for several months while our new home was being built, Opendoor was very flexible for us which was one of the major reasons we went with them over traditional means.”

“Really enjoyed working with the Opendoor team. Anthony King and his team made things so seamless. We closed in 2 weeks and I got my funds on the day of closing. If I had 50 houses I'd use opendoor to sell all of them. Truly an easy experience.”

“The entire process was professional and easy to complete. Any questions you might have will be answered by those involved in the transaction. Because of the easiness there is anxiety but it is unnecessary. Everything worked out the way we wanted it to happen. I have already told several people about Open Door. “They offer a seriously weak, low-balled offer. In my case $50K below the bottom value range of our home. THEN they assess a bunch of repairs ro further weedle away your cash, AND charge you a service fee, seller's costs, etc...”

“This company is ridiculous for offering pennies on the dollar for a home. I would never use Opendoor to sell or buy a home even if I was desperate. In my opinion, they are predatory and similar to Pay Day Lenders by taking advantage of the underserved community or those who are in a difficult situation. I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS.”
