“Opendoor really made the process simple for us. We had a couple things to smooth out towards the end but the team was stellar in helping us do so and we moved into our home on the schedule we’d planned for (and it was tight!).”

“Opendoor came to our rescue with a better than expected offer. We had tried to use another (Nextdoor). They offered us $32,000.00 less than Opendoor. The process from beginning thru closing was as smooth as silk. Everyone was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house.”

“Professional, painless process. Fast. Fair price. Would definitely use them again. Oh, that's right, I did! Four months after they purchased one rental home from me, I sold them a second. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle-free transaction. Even their prices to repair things were probably better than I could have found on my own.”

“This has been such a wonderful experience. The personnel were extremely courteous & professional. Everything happened just as they said it was. A very stress free way to sell your house. “After my friends passing what's the family living out of state we wondered how we were going to dispose of the property I saw the ad Open Door on TV as well as online I contacted them and shortly thereafter I received an offer larger than we had expected and we thought for sure they had penalties and taxes and things that would take it back down to what we thought we'd get to my surprise there are four not only held true but even with the small Seas they did have which were mostly for repairs to that I didn't know about you got a better offer than we could have ever gotten by going through a normal realtor we are very happy with their service and I recommend and constantly the others good job over your if I need you in the future I know how to find you”

“Opendoor was professional throughout the entire process. The initial offer had compared our house to houses in a nearby subdivision, which resulted in a lower offer. After a short discussion with Opendoor, they provided an updated offer that was competitive. The home inspection was thorough; but, not absurdly so. Some minor faults were identified; however, Opendoor did not reduce the offer price. The interactions with Opendoor personnel were painless. In the end, it was a painless business interaction. Considering the offer we received and fee that we paid, we probably received a little less than if we had sold our home through a conventional real estate company. However, it was worth the convenience. We did not have to deal with open houses, people coming through our home, and most importantly for us, did not have to worry if our home being built would be delivered on time. Open door was flexible on our settlement date. I definitely recommend Opendoor to anyone looking to sell.”

“We bought our first home through Opendoor & the experience was quick and easy. Their customer service was great, but their repair team was lacking. Everything started to fall apart after we moved in. Their new paint job started peeling in the first few days, the front door disintegrated when we tried installing new weather stripping. The garbage disposal failed within the first month. The houses "look" great, but it's all just a big bandaid covering a lot of issues. If buying from them, be prepared to have things go wrong & to fix a lot of issues.”

“Open Door was right there to explain and help us navigate our home selling process. Prompt return calls and information made it a breeze. Not having to show the house was very convenient also. We were happy with the price we got for our house. My husband and I highly recommend Open Door!”

“We had a very positive experience buying our home from Opendoor. Although our inspection report came in past the contract's due diligence period due to an error on my part, Opendoor was kind enough to honor our request for repairs. All went smooth and timely with the closing. The house was in great condition and the purchase price appraised below market value. A win-win! Thanks.”

“We've bought and sold many homes; the whole process with Open Door and their team was one of the smoothest and best experience we have ever had. They are efficient, professional and their process is definitely easy. No showings, no last minute backouts or non-qualifying buyers. Would highly recommended them and while their fee seems to be high initially, you need to take a look at what your time and stress costs are in dealing with a conventional sale.”
