“Very Simple, Fast, no Showings, Professional, with us all the way to the end. Family supper Happy with how easy everything went. Ben Jenkins was always available when we had any questions or concerns. I Highly recommend OpenDoor to everyone who is thinking of selling their house. Even to those who are not. Give Opendoor a try, that's what we did after 22 years in the same house. Everyone deserves a fresh and new start, give Opendoor a try. You don't have nothing to loose.”

“Austin Mays was the representative that assisted us through the whole process professionally and exemplary. When I had any questions he was able to answer them all. He was very patient even towards the end when we weren’t able to be out of the house on the set date. We were stressed out because of this, but offered us 2 free days to stay before the final move that we had to reschedule.”

“Opendoor is absolutely the worst - do not use them to buy or sell - run away from any deal where they are the seller. We had a direct bad experience on a deal we just had to cancel. They put a house on the market overpriced, we had to bid full price to be considered in this market and went into the deal in good faith.. The only thing we asked is that the house appraise to value!. Does Not.... it is 15,000$ over priced. So we are happy to pay the full appraised value..., will they reduce..., will they even counter..., No - nothing. Standing on this 15K$ overpriced amount. No one in their right mind pays waaaay overprice for a house unless its a show place - and this house was nice, but no show place. The appraisal was fair and no comps are showing close to what they asked.. We had to walk away. So for us - this company stinks!! In my opinion, It is not honest, It does not operate in good faith. Run from Open-door. Oh.. and if you were wondering ..the house is in the Brandon,FL area.... and with what Im now reading about this company and similar issues other people are having - I will not even put in an offer to this bunch.”

“The service was outstanding! It was time for me to downsize to something more manageable and I did not want to have to do any repairs, painting or the inconvenience of having to prepare the house for showings. Opendoor was the right answer for me from start to finish it was a process I would not have ever believed, but after going through selling my house to Opendoor, I would recommend them everyone.”

“The entire process of selling my home to Opendoor was extremely simple, straightforward and fair. I was skeptical at first. This isn’t the typical way you would sell your home. “I found open door based on the freinds recommendation. He use them in another state and was bragging to me about how easy it was to work with them. So I reached out and give a call. Open door came in and gave an honest assessment on the property. They did a speedy review after generating a walk-through video with me. Came back with what I thought was an acceptable offer. I was clear to close sold and bought out in a month from initial contact. I even made a few mistakes in the process. Open door handle them in stride and still achieved my closing date and my move out date. Genuinely I thought it was all too good to be true until I saw the procedure my account. Honestly the shits bananas but it’s true. I recommend it to anybody.”
