“This has to have been the most unexpected outcome in our real estate history. We heard about opendoor and thought it was just another realtor trying to list our house. We were surprised to find out that the company business model is amazing. I work from home and we have a dog so in the past it would be so inconvenient having to leave the house for showings and use my lunch break up for people who would end up as no shows. Opendoor solved this issue for us while offering us a very good offer for our house. From the moment we asked Jeremy Garriott from opendoor to call us on a Sunday because we had so many questions about the process and he promptly called and spent over an hour with us grilling him question after question. We needed to wait to find a new house before fully committing to the offer and renewed our offer several times. We finally found our dream home and went full speed ahead with the sale of the house. The inspection process all the way up to the closing was handled so professionally. My wife and I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop and something to go wrong but it never happened. We closed right after Thanksgiving and rented our house back for a few days until we closed and were able to move into our new home. Opendoor is truly pioneering the way real estate is handled and we humbly thank them for helping make our experience so amazingly simple.”

“I have to admit that I was skeptical when I first got started. I figured that opendoor was going to give a low offer and was pleasantly surprised when I received a current market offer and then their low fees listed immediately. All was very transparent and no last minute "oops" and the whole process went very fast. Actually everything was happening way faster than I expected, though there was always the option to adjust closing dates. Long story short, this is definitely a new way to sell your home and I highly recommend opendoor. Thank you, Dan”

“It was so easy it was almost Scary!! We second guessed everything because we couldn't believe how easy this was. We decided to sell our home, and with a few emails, a short assessment and we were suddenly at Closing. I cant imagine EVER selling a home the "Traditional" way ever again. Everyone we came in contact with was Professional, patient and Curtious! Absolutely an Excellent experience. Thank you to everyone involved! We have, and will definitely continue to spread the word on how Amazing Opendoor really is. This is the way to go to Sell a home.”

“(Still in Shock and Total Disbelief After Closing – All for the Good “Opendoor” Reasons!) Having experienced frustrations with prior home sales experiences - contracts falling through, continuously prepping homes for showing, potential buyers playing “games” with wishy-washy and dilly-dally attitudes, realtors giving up, etc., The list goes on and on! Opendoor came in handy! I was a little skeptical because of my past experiences. I received several mails from Opendoor wanting to buy my home; however, I thought it was a joke until I did my research and was highly satisfied and impressed with the company after reading and understanding their capitalization structure and strategic value proposition to the customer. Finally, I gathered the courage to go for it, and HURAAAAY……I received a very fair and reasonable price for my home. Blake and Dan were very helpful! The assessment was very professionally accomplished, and closing was quick; and in fact, when I got to my apartment after closing, my funds were already in my bank account. I called my friend to relay my Opendoor experience; and he was shocked to hear how quick it took to close on my home. He is considering using Opendoor. The Opendoor experience has been excellent, effortlessly hassle-free, and outstanding. If you are looking to sell fast, Opendoor may be the solution. K. Sam O., Fort Worth, TX”

“Thank you Open Door for making this experience so easy-going on the seller side. Troy Sonefeld is truly awesome to work with, and made the process a smooth one. He really knows what he’s doing, and is extremely professional, friendly, and informative. We were not sure at first about the experience we would have, but we never dreamed it would be completely unstressful. Having Troy to work with plus steps, processes, and checklists laid out made it so EASY to follow. Troy, thank you for being so great throughout the process and for being so flexible around the schedule of our new home build. You relieved our stresses (from the new home side) so many times you don’t even know. We also want to thank Garett Grensky at the very beginning for explaining so thoroughly our offer to us and how the initial process would work with selling them your current home to purchase a new home build.”

“Opendoor was surprisingly great to work with. I admit I was skeptical going into it and kept waiting for the “hidden fees” and “surprises” I had read about from others online; however, that NEVER happened. They were honest and upfront throughout the process! The only I think may have done that others did not was after my initial offer, I requested a review of that offer, and after that, the offer increased! I’ve sold two homes the “traditional” way, and the “Opendoor” way was by far the easiest and least stressful. And for those thinking I sold my house for “pennies on the dollar,” you are wrong. I ran the comps with a realtor and Opendoor’s offer was in line with the comps. We had $0 in repairs and even closed in the convenience of our own home with a mobile notary! Overall, selling a house was never easier! I highly recommend Opendoor without hesitation.”

“Outstanding! My daughter told me she was considering selling her home to a company called Opendoor and I was instantly skeptical. I researched the company and felt a bit better. My daughter encouraged me to talk to her Opendoor contact person, Mason. Mason answered every one of my many questions. After I spoke with him, I felt completely as ease with her selling the house to Opendoor. The contract used is a standard "As Is" real estate contract used by realtors. My two young grandchildren made the prospect of listing through a realtor and having "showings" complicated. There was no way the house would be picked up and show ready every morning. Opendoor made a fair price offer. They assisted in everyway imaginable throughout the process. Most importantly, they were really nice. I called Opendoor whenever I had a question and always received a prompt answer. Thank you Opendoor!”
