“I had a very easy and fast experience! Had my final offer a few days after my initial, selected my close date, and opted for late check out. This was the easiest selling experience I’ve had to date. No open houses, no hassles! I would totally recommend Open Door to anyone looking to sell their home.”

“Opendoor has no human beings working there. Simply automated and the folks you will speak to do not have a real estate license nor any knowledge about real estate. Impossible company to work with. Annoying and frustrating. DON'T USE THEM”

“My wife and I recently sold our home to Opendoor, and we were very pleased with our experience. We received a very good market rate cash offer for our home. There were no issues or surprises along the way. Opendoor's "late checkout" program was flexible and perfect for our needs. Their staff was courteous, professional, and responsive at all times.”

“Selling my house with Opendoor was a great experience. From my first contact to the final closing, I was treated with respect and honesty. After my video walk through I received my final offer from Opendoor within a few days. No showings, no inspections, no hassles, and no surprises. I was totally happy and satisfied with the final outcome. Start to finish was about 2 months, I received the proceeds from the sale and notification of Mortgage payoff shortly after closing. Truly and great experience, who knew selling a house could be so hassle free. I truly 100% recommend Opendoor.”

“They undervalued my home by $20,000 over comps in the neighborhood, then said I would have to pay them $11,000 for landscaping a .28 acre lot! Then refuse to even discuss actual needs and say “we won’t come back out, it is what it is” Only sell to them if you are desperate!”

“I waited a while before leaving the review because I was worried there would be last minute gotchas or surprise financial charges. But there was non of that, everything went extremely smooth to the point I thought something was wrong because it couldn't be this easy, could it. Opendoor representative that I worked with, Tara, communicated every step of the process with me and made sure everything was taken care of. I will absolutely be using this service again and have recommended it to everyone I have spoken too that is considering selling their home.”

“It was super easy selling to Opendoor. They made me an offer over market price. I never had to worry about strangers coming in my house to look at it. Every time I had a question, I would email Jessica. if she was off that day, someone always got back to me within the day and answered my questions. I had a problem with the apartment I was moving to out of town and they moved my closing date back a month without any penalties. I even had 7 days after closing to be completely moved out of the home. It was the easiest process I have ever dealt with in selling my home. I would refer them to anyone.”

“I was referred to opendoor from another friend who had a great experience. I submitted a request for an offer and took my time to decide of this was right for me. When I made the choice, the whole process was laid out and explained by the opendoor associate who helped me. Everything was explained, documented and there was always someone to assist with questions. I picked my own timelines, there wasn't any pressure, it was less stress than trying to deal with showing the house myself. I would definitely consider this a positive experience and have also referred opendoor to friends.”

“In the current world we live in - trying to keep my family safe, working long hours, and needing a flexible solution to sell my home was hard to find… then I stumbled upon OpenDoor. In the beginning it sounded too good to be true! I truly had an amazing experience from day one! As the reviews say - I started my process online and quickly got an offer, talked with my experience guide through every step of the process, was able to choose to close my home within a 14 day window from start to finish! For me it was all about the convenience of selling my home without the hassle of a scheduled tour like conventional home selling. And the remarkable offer we got that was very on par with the market and sum! THANK YOU OPENDOOR!”

“Our family was in the midst of moving out-of-state and was overwhelmed at the thought of needing to fix up our current house in preparation for it to be listed. My husband happened upon Opendoor one morning and decided to give it a try. We filled out the initial questionnaire form, conducted the video walk-through via our smartphone with our personal Opendoor representative, and received our offer within a day. We decided upon a closing day and we literally only had to make sure our house was clear of our belongings and swept. We closed within a month and our payout was promptly deposited into our bank. Our ENTIRE experience with Opendoor has been absolutely a pleasure. It was such an enjoyable and effortless transaction. It enabled us to sell our house quickly and begin our life in another state. I am so grateful for Opendoor and consider it a blessing! I cannot recommend Opendoor enough. Thank you again for everything and we will never forget how easy you made it for us to sell our house.”
