“Absolutely appalling service. Booked return flights via Opodo and one way was cancelled. Opodo left it to me to contact the airline direct, but because the return flight was with a different airline I HAVE TO PAY for changing the flight. I mean what was the point of booking with Opodo? What a waste. I booked both ways with them. It is their responsibility to ensure that if one way in cancelled which affects my return flight they either they refund the whole trip or cover the cancellation fee. Absolutely useless. Never book with them”

“This service is made to deceive people. Opodo cannot provide the service and you will loose your money at the first complaint. These guys are not capable and merely amateurs. Don't waste your money or your time with them.”

“I had really big problem with chance my fly. Never ever I wil buy something in company opodo. Phone don't work and for antwoord I still wait. Its 3 months ago. If want lost your money buy tickets via opodo.”

“If we could give less than one star, we would. Buying inexpensive plane tickets is absolutely not worth dealing with this company No exaggerations, we have spent at least 10 hours on hold with them over the past several months due to our flights being continually changed by the airlines to schedules that won't work for our family. The phone wait times are horrendous, they hang up on us, they transfer us to other departments that make us wait or hang up on us. We are stuck in an endless loop of them not being able to help.”

“Wow, I just saw that Opodo has a rating of 1.05 out of 1,045 reviews. My experience is has been the same. HORRIBLE. I made a booking 3 weeks in advance, cancelled it the same day I made it - and had to pay 50% of the price - DESPITE SELECTING THE "CANCEL FOR ANY REASON" policy, which increased the price by 60%! This is the worst travel agency experience I have had in years of flying. I got to Opodo via Momondo. I will leave a review for Momondo as well - as they connected me to Opodo. If Momondo is a reputable company, they shoudl have a minimum bar of the kind of partners they refer business to.”

“One of the worst travel agent ever !!! Never go their website and book your flights or holiday with them. Definitely You can buy with them if you want to ruin your rest of days in your life. Poor customer service, irresponsible, rude and unprofessional staffs. I had my flight cancelled on November 21 by airlines and airlines has refunded money on 20th December but this agent has not refunded me until February. I had to pay credit card bill with interest but these basters has not refunded my money yet. I can’t recommend to anyone to this travel agent😡😡😡😡, waste of time, money and your life”

“My refund requests are not being handled despite the fact that they sold me insurance for such circumstance. My emails are being ignored, it seems. I strongly urge customers to look elsewhere and not buy any of the services and supplements at Opodo. Customer service at its worst... Terrible!”

“I booked my flights through them and due to covid they were canncelled. 2 years later and numerous calls, emails, online chats they have still not given me my money. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! worse ever”

“I am still waiting for my flight refund from May 2020! Every time I call them ( called 4 times in the last 2 weeks), they promise to escalate my request and contact me within 72 hours. Never had a phone call back. Do not trust them. Will never use them again. They do not deserve even 1 star in my opinion.”

“Be very careful who you booking your flight with!!!! I would NOT recommend booking your flight with OPODO! If there are any issues with your booking or flight you will not be able to contact customer services on the phone or to chat with the agent. You will be directed to Chat robot, Kris. Trying to get my refund for a cancelled flight from September 2021. Still talking to Kris. I am still owed over £150 and still no response. Disgraceful and disgusting. What a terrible service. Avoid at all costs!”

“Never use or book with Opodo. I booked a flight last year to Africa and due to COVID I had to cancel (travel ban). The airways (Etihad airways) confirmed that they will process a full refund, however, Opodo refused to refund. Everytime I speak with costumer service line cutt and no help! Worst company! Don’t book with them”

“Never use this company!!! They ruined my flight days and times couldn't get in touch with them to fix it they run you around i had to buy a third ticket from British Airways to fix what opodo screwed up British Airways wasn't that helpful either they point the finger back and forth at each other. Tried for 2-weeks to fix it with British Airways there call center routs to India somewhere the people cant speak English very well and did not call you back. They said they would send it it up the chain of command one person we talk to on the phone said they didn't do anything he admitted it. That's why we never got a call back and that was British Airways..... my opinion of British Airways sunk to a very low new low. and I have used them for 30 years the bottom line is dont use this company opodo. No customer service and customer support at all they will take your money but one something goes wrong you can't find them...”

“STAY AWAY from them at any cost unless you want to lose your money and sanity!!!! Have been on the calls with them for 2 weeks (10 times) trying to rebook the flights with zero results. They are extremely polite on the phone, but tell lies to you, they promise to resolve your issue within 48-72 hours and nothing gets done. I wasted my money and time with them -just wish I read all the reviews earlier.”
