Scam - forget about customer service and avoid this business at all costs, not cheaper than booking through the airline itself and just a headache in general. You cannot get through to anyone on the phone and the wait on the chatbox is 1 hour+ even if the estimate time is a couple of minutes. They will not refund you, save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.

If it were possible to give a 0 star rating, I would have given it to this company. Totally useless! I purchased a return ticket to travel to Germany, had to change the date of my outbound trip, which seemed simple enough. I was called back by one of their rep after making the request on their website. The rep confirmed that she had purchased a new outbound flight ticket for me and sent over a Flight itinerary to confirm she had made the booking. I noticed that I hadn't received the usual flight booking confirmation email from the Airline nor did their website have details of the new flight, instead, the site had details of my prior outbound flight. I ended up calling then a day after to make sure all had been booked correctly. They were adamant that the booking had been made and I would see the change reflected soon. A day before my flight, I had still not received =anything from the airline and their website was still not showing the change so I call the airline. The airline confirmed that they had no flight in my name for the next day and that no change had been made to the original booking. I called Opodo again and initially, they were reinforcing that all was well until I told them that the airline had confirmed they couldn't see a flight for me for the next day. The rep put me on hold for some time and ultimately came back confirming that the rep I spoke with for the change hadn't made the change correctly and they needed to investigate. I said since my flight was for the next day and I absolutely needed to fly, they should help correct the mistake by getting me on a flight. To my shock, the rep said I should go and find a flight for myself. He also said they couldn't refund the money they took from my account for the flight change until their investigation was completed. After about 2 weeks I had heard nothing from them, so I chased thinking my refund for the non-existent flight was a given and I was likely to be compensated for all the inconvenience they had cause. I was sadly very wrong as despite repeated calls to them, they gave me the run around and kept on coming back to the fact that they don't refund for flights booked. Ultimately appears that this company just try to get people to give up on refund they should be giving for mistakes they have made. I can't comprehend how a company can take money from my account for a flight they confirmed they didn't book correctly and then refuse not to refund me. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

DO NOT USE!!! This is a scam company!! Took my parents money, refused to refund after asking them to pay an additional £160 to get their money back. Took that aswell & refuse to answer emails etc! The police should investigate them it’s disgusting!!

I rescheduled a flight, they didn't move my dispatched bag and demanded that I bought a new one. Their support is terrible and half the agents are morons to the point that they asked me 'So, you will travel at the day X, which was two weeks ago?' Don't go for their prices: the treatment you receive is much cheaper.

My flight was cancelled due to COVID and they said your ticket will remain open for 2 years Now 10 months later trying to rebook they are telling me your tickets have expired…Avoid them they are Scammers

Their service is very poor. They sold return flights 30kg baggage allowance. When I checked with the airline they said on the return flight the allowance is 25kg per person. Opodo told me to purchase the 5kg difference for each person from the airline and we will refund you. I have sent the invoice on 16th Feb 2022 and still they haven’t sent me the refund. I can not get hold of any one on the phone as I am not a prime member. I only have to chat online with a robot who doesn’t understand! Please see attached picture. The airline doesn’t have to refund me it’s Opodo who should refund me! This is the last time I purchase a holiday through their website. They are very unreliable.

Only one word - thieves. They steal peoples money in broad daylight and absolutely have no shame about it. If you want to save your time and nerves , AVOID AT ALL COST. P.S. This is honest review

I book fly ticket on 17/08/21 and i… I book fly ticket on 17/08/21 and i canceled it on the same time and date and I called them on the same time they told me I should get refund with in 7 working days and in the same time on the email they send it could be between 3-6 month , On the app i remind them or requested so many times I asked them what happens to my refund it was only Maching answering or replying my text , I called few days ago the Pearson on the phone was not even a where of my situation in the end after all this Time he said I should receive Emil regards the issue not even refund , until today 03/03/22 I am waiting for my money , never use them they are rubbish and they based in India

This is the worst service of all time, they ask you to pay for insurance and if anything goes wrong with your flight, they won't refund any of it. It is absolutely disgusting as I paid for the best insurance they offer and got no refund for my canceled flight. Very bad customer service!

Scam company - they took my some of my money then edreams took the rest of the flight cost but then I got an email saying that the booking had been unsuccessful and they hadn't taken the money. When I called they said they would return the money in 7-10 days but wouldn't give me any written communication regarding it. Terrible experience - I wish I'd looked them up before trying to book with them

I booked a flexible ticket with Opodo on 24 February and unfortunately I chose wrong date. Opodo representative guided us to cancelled the ticket and booked new ticket during one hour.And also he said we would get fully refund.But today when my husband called the opodo and the Asian lady (opodo employee) said that we lost our £134 for administration fee. If we knew that we would lost that money from the beginning we won’t book a new ticket. The customer service is really bad and it doesn’t help. I won’t buy any tickets from Opodo again and I don’t recommend this agency to anyone.

I booked car rental at Warsaw Airport which went horribly wrong and ruined the day trip we had planned. The car rental company was dreadful, rude, aggressive and cancelled our booking so we had no rental. Providing evidence to Opodo and their ‘customer support’ they have relayed inaccurate information back and no attempt to resolve the issue. They have kept our money from the booking even though it wasn’t used including insurance lol. The rental in total was only £25 they really must be struggling, but it’s the principle that they are brokering this rental company who are scamming people, who also discriminate and Opodo do not support the customers and continue to sell them. Easy to say I will never book with Opodo again and would advise to avoid at all costs. Just stick to Expedia or another provider that has a better reputation and does not discriminate.

Thieves, this how we can qualify opodo. I will never use that site again. They charge me 63 euros for cancelling a car reservation that they couldn't assure. They first accept payment via debit card then they ask for credit card to proceed. Since i don't have credit card i was obliged to cancel 5 min after booking. They charged me 63 Euros.

Appalling customer service. They made a mistake when transferring the names from the reservation to an electronic ticket(cut the first name to two letters making it not matching the passport which would have prevented us from boarding). Spent hours on the phone trying to solve it (spoke to over 15 different people), was assured if we paid directly to the airline for name change we will get reimbursed however this never happened. When I called to enquiry about the status of my claim I was told it has been closed (we were never informed of course). When asked to talk to a supervisor first was refused and then after spending more time on hold was told the supervisor will call back working next 5 hours. Needless to say it never happened. This ias absolutely unacceptable

I booked a flight with them, got an error message saying the booking was unsuccessful. Two weeks later I noticed that 2.000 Euros were missing on my account. Now, a month later, I am still trying to get my money back. ALWAYS book directly with the airlines. Opodo and all the other booking platforms cause lots of problems.
