I booked a flexible ticket with Opodo on 24 February and unfortunately I chose wrong date. Opodo representative guided us to cancelled the ticket and booked new ticket during one hour.And also he said we would get fully refund.But today when my husband called the opodo and the Asian lady (opodo employee) said that we lost our £134 for administration fee. If we knew that we would lost that money from the beginning we won’t book a new ticket. The customer service is really bad and it doesn’t help. I won’t buy any tickets from Opodo again and I don’t recommend this agency to anyone.

I booked car rental at Warsaw Airport which went horribly wrong and ruined the day trip we had planned. The car rental company was dreadful, rude, aggressive and cancelled our booking so we had no rental. Providing evidence to Opodo and their ‘customer support’ they have relayed inaccurate information back and no attempt to resolve the issue. They have kept our money from the booking even though it wasn’t used including insurance lol. The rental in total was only £25 they really must be struggling, but it’s the principle that they are brokering this rental company who are scamming people, who also discriminate and Opodo do not support the customers and continue to sell them. Easy to say I will never book with Opodo again and would advise to avoid at all costs. Just stick to Expedia or another provider that has a better reputation and does not discriminate.

Thieves, this how we can qualify opodo. I will never use that site again. They charge me 63 euros for cancelling a car reservation that they couldn't assure. They first accept payment via debit card then they ask for credit card to proceed. Since i don't have credit card i was obliged to cancel 5 min after booking. They charged me 63 Euros.

Appalling customer service. They made a mistake when transferring the names from the reservation to an electronic ticket(cut the first name to two letters making it not matching the passport which would have prevented us from boarding). Spent hours on the phone trying to solve it (spoke to over 15 different people), was assured if we paid directly to the airline for name change we will get reimbursed however this never happened. When I called to enquiry about the status of my claim I was told it has been closed (we were never informed of course). When asked to talk to a supervisor first was refused and then after spending more time on hold was told the supervisor will call back working next 5 hours. Needless to say it never happened. This ias absolutely unacceptable

I booked a flight with them, got an error message saying the booking was unsuccessful. Two weeks later I noticed that 2.000 Euros were missing on my account. Now, a month later, I am still trying to get my money back. ALWAYS book directly with the airlines. Opodo and all the other booking platforms cause lots of problems.

No clear indication of me opting in for prime trial and then company tries to charge my account for it 14 days after. I called (waited 1 h) and cancelled my prime and they assured me that I would not be charged… lo and behold, got ANOTHER charge for the same amount the next day. Sitting on hold again with no helpful customer service rep. This is such a scam and unreliable company. Their prices are no better than so many other companies. DONT USE.

DO NOT USE OPODO, they will rob you. I cancelled my ticket in April 2021 and was told I would receive a refund of the total cost of almost £1000 within 14 days. We are now in almost March 2022 (almost a year later) and no refund has been processed. I have tried to contact opodo several times and they always apologise and say I will receive refund in 7 days but the money never comes. I asked to speak to management on several occasions but no manager is ever available. They tell me one will call back in 2 hours ( 3 times) but no one ever calls. To this date I have not received my refund. It is a disgrace!!!

lets face the facts all of us who have placed a review on this site have been scammed robbed and lied to by OPODO/EDREAMS so now we all have to warn as many people as we can on all social media sites and every where we possibly can to stop OPODO/EDREAMS from scamming other people so please everyone do your best to get the message out there OPODO/EDREAMS ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES DO NOT USE THEM thank you

i wish zero stars are available. For more than six weeks i have been calling, emailing and webchatting with these useless people. i booked a flight months ago, I am now abroad and have no return flight. They never reply, its always someone new who is very sorry for my experience, but gives me the same ridiculous story as the last agent. i can see from skyscanner that a flight is available, but they cannot, so wont book me a flight. 6 weeks, no contact, just call back in 72 hours. Nobody has contacted me to help, it is always totally up to me to call them. They have rescheduled every one of my flights more than once, asked me to pay more twice and now only offer a "return" flight to a different airport. I flew from manchester, so a flight arriving late at night at heathrow is not a return flight and would cost me a fortune. I will tell everyone i can about these people. i have never been so frustrated with customer service. They did at one point say that they tried to call me, but i didnt answer- not realising i was abroad because i had take a flight they booked for me! that's the level of this firm. DO NOT USE. I have now spent over 24 hours collectively on hold, not one agent has helped me, not one agent has a sensible word to say, they all cut me off saying that they have helped me all they can. I have contacted the airline direct and sorted it out, what do we pay these people for? I got my first flight as scheduled (it was not this one that was cancelled) I was advised to go to the second airport and deal direct with the airline advisers there. So reluctantly, with no other course, I did. The second airline (virgin atlantic) dont have a desk or staff there. So i was stranded in the US, no flight and no one to deal with it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Flights repeatedly cancelled, times changed, impossible to get through to someone - even if you manage to jump through all their chatbot hoops and wait in their queue for HOURS (with a random check every few mins that you are still there otherwise you loose your position in the queue) - no one ever comes on. NO DISCOUNT IS WORTH A HOLIDAY /FLIGHT YOU WONT GET TO TAKE - AVOID THEM

I wish i had read these reviews before booking flight with Opodo - just a simple flight Bournemouth to Bergerac with Ryanair but after 12 hours still no sign of my booking and impossible to get hold of any one to help. I just don't know how to proceed having paid out over £300 . I used them as Rynair web site was so difficult last night - wish I had waited !

Bottom line up front: Don't use them. Their customer service is non-existent. I booked a trip with Opodo (8650450772) in January 2022. I clicked pay, reasonably happy with the cost. When the money left my account it had gone up by over £70 from what I'd accepted paying. I called and the individual on the phone was powerless to do anything, didn't really listen to what I was saying and couldn't pass me onto someone who could help. After an hour of my time had been wasted, I was told that the quickest way to deal with it would be to log a complaint online (case 2582320 for anyone from Opodo who may read this). I logged the complaint and heard nothing back, but emailed a couple more times to explain that I wanted this dealt with before I went on holiday. After hearing nothing for two weeks, whilst still on holiday, I got in touch again and spoke to someone online. Again, he was completely useless, despite starting the conversation with "I'll do whatever needs to be done to help". He informed me that it takes 21 days to respond to a complaint. Why I wasn't told this on the phone, after my complaint was logged or in response to my numerous emails, I don't know. So, here we are... 21 days later. I'm unsure how it is so difficult to speak to someone who actually knows what they're talking about. When you purchase "Prime" you are meant to have the best customer service possible; I cannot imagine what it'd be like for anyone who hadn't purchased Prime. In summary, the £70 wasn't a great issue. But, the fact that I have wasted so much time, thought about this throughout my holiday, been lied to and still haven't got a response is an issue. I would never use them again as they do not value their customers and are, quite frankly, useless.

Terrible service, I accidentally confirmed to a subscription that cost me 54€. No I can no longer get that money back and nobody is helpful. The website has no contact adress whether it's mail or number only a robot that is useless. I feel really fooled and I don't know what to do, I can't accept this...

Have been promised a full refund in the next 5 to 7 working days. Every time I try contacting them I get the following message: "I would suggest you kindly wait for 5 working days, we will try our best to get this done as soon as we can." "I can totally understand you, do not worry, we are trying our best and you will surely receive the refund soon from our end, I can only request you to kindly wait for few more days." Ten minutes after I booked my ticket, I noticed that I had misspelled my surname. I immediately contacted them, asked them if they could correct my mistake. They told me that it was impossible to change the name (we are talking about one wrong letter, I did not want to change the whole name..) and advised me to just buy new tickets because they were going to refund me the whole price in 5-7 working days. The tickets were 911€. I am loosing hope that I will ever see that money...

The worst customer service ever. Impossible to get someone on-line or summit feedback. You chat only with chatbot. I was waiting for real person 55mins on-line . I cancel my Prime membership. Never ever !!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I booked flights with this company from London to Johannesburg. During my holiday my father passed away and could not return on the scheduled flight. I asked to cancel, refund or change my flight, to which I was told as I had used the outward flight they could not provide me with a refund for the ticket I HAD NOT USED. An example of a big company making money out of desperate people

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!! The most awful company... Bern waiting for 19 months for a refund... the airline refunded Opodo 3 months ago only because I chased and Opodo have had my money since then and still haven't paid back... full of excuses and their employees are absolutely useless... DO NOT USE EVER!
