It was very good, cheap, they bill what was on the net. Ony bad thing it was a wrong PRN, and the fact that it did not work to check in directly for them, so I went to the airlines.

Excellent service I am extremely pleased with the way opodo conduct their business. I phoned up with a query and the very patient person on the other end of the phone talked me through it step by step. Excellent service opdo and also great value, being half the price of other companies including the airline

I cancelled my booking within the 7-hour free-cancellation period that my flight had when I realized I need a different flight plan. It's possible to do this online, even though Opodo says on some sites that you should call a hotline. Opodo refunded my money to the penny within 3 working days (only downside is that since my account is not in GBP I got screwed on the exchange rate, but that's my bank screwing me, not Opodo). One weird thing is that I still keep getting emails as if my booking was still confirmed and even when I log in to Opodo's site to manage my booking it still appears to be confirmed, only thing indicating a refund is that in the "Billing" section, the mentioned total is "Total: £0.00 Congrats! That's an amazing deal". Aside from this confusion, really good service.

I HAVE BOOKED TICKETS MANY TIMES WITH OPODO AND ALWAYS WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING. THE STAFF ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL AT ALL TIMES

Another victim of this scam paid 550£ got cancelled by opodo claiming airlines cancelled flight this is an out and out lie as my mother is booked on same flight wth different merchand travelocity and flight still on Impossible to contact customer service numbers do not exist I wish I had read reviews how can a government allowed a company to freely scam people you wonder lesson learned Will never book wth these thieves . My only hope to see my money back is through my visa bank protection claim and let them deal with these horrible people.

If you're considering booking with Opodo to save some money I would advise you don't! It's ok until anything happens but as soon as there is an issue there is absolutely no customer service on offer. I've wasted hours trying to resolve what should have been a minor issue. Avoid them if at all possible!

They get a bad press on forums because those who get a bad service are disproportionately inclined to post. I have used them for years; I can't say whether they get the best fares, but there is always a range, and presented well. Booking is easy. I have had to ring them on several occasions but always got through reasonably quickly and had problem resolved. My only grouse is that they advertise offers but the voucher code is not recognised when you book. Had to chase this with them. I recommend them.

My flight got cancelled by pegasus airlines and they refunded my money to Opodo and Opodo kept it. They ripped me of outright absolute scumbags, don't do business with people like Opodo you regret the day you did. Ripoff merchants for sure.

Okay so I was freaking out a little because I couldn't get onto Opodo on the phone. However I clicked on the chatbot and managed to get transferred to a customer service agent overseas (I'm in Oz, they were in Europe). The customer service agent requested a refund as our flights were cancelled and the airlines' policy was to give a refund for cancelled flights. They sent me an email stating that the refund has been applied for. The customer service officer told me it might take 90 days. They were really polite and did a good job. I will come back and give a 1 star if the refund doesn't go through, and I'll give a 5 star if it does. Let's see what happens.

01/05/2017 i booked return flights from Gatwick to Prague for 6 people. for February 2018. Outbound was with Smartwings TNGMTO and return was with easy jet ES6C6WM. The outgoing was in the evening so my kids could go to school for a full day. After paying i got the reservation numbers. I then tried to log onto smartwings to reserve seats, could not log onto the flight, i did not worry as i had just recieved the order confirmation. Logged onto easyjet, i had to register, then pay a bit extra to reserve seat and extra baggage (snowboard and suitcast). I waited 3 months to then try log into smartwings to reserve seats, the website could not find my reservation. I called smartwings in germany i think and they could not find the flight, Called opodo and it was difficult to communicate with there call centre, but as it turns out, the flight was cancelled. OPODO did not contact me about this, so i had to pay for new flights for the 6 of us while OPODO tried to get me a refund. It took about a month and i got a full refund for the cancelled flight. For the new flights i logged onto easyjet and found a flight the same day at 6pm so my kids had a half day at school. the flight was 60% full so if i had found out a bit later it could have been very costly considering i had booked accommodation and car rental for or arrival date. I have used OPODO again for another trip to the USA this year, flying in October 2018. 3 flights, first Gatwick to JFK, second JFK to Las Vegas, third Las Vegas to Gatwick. The 2 flights from and 2 Gatwick are with Norwegian Air. I fell a bit misled as when i tried to reserve seating i had to pay quite a bit extra Almost £180 and i will have to pay roughly the same if i want Meals on the flights. These prices should have been highlighted when showing me the deals.

I booked flights for myself and my husband with Opodo. 10 days before my flight, I got an email that my booking is not valid anymore and I could only sort it out with the airline. The airline wasn't able to give me any information, because I haven't booked it with them. So I had to check in early, just to make sure that I actually have a flight, which costed me additional fees, for the early check in.

I booked a ticket and the experience was OK. The problem is when I discovered they have tricked to this Prime member and when I tried to cancel this option the link was always corrupt. I wish to cancel this membership and my money back!!
