Horrible company with extremely bad customer service. I had a change in circumstances due to a court case that I had to attend in Singapore. I contacted the airline that I booked through Opodo and they were willing to make the change, however Opodo refused claiming that they had to stick to their original policy despite my uncontrollable circumstances. All in this has been a terrible experience for me and I advice everyone out there to not use Opodo for any of their future travel bookings or plan. By far the worst booking company I have ever dealt with. I would give it no stars if I was able to.
