“I genuinely wish I'd had surgery a long time ago. The service and care has been excellent. the only minor criticizm would be that I did not feel I was prepared for the pain post surgery, I was told it would be slight and it certainly was not! But passed in hours and more than happy now.”

“I am glad i chose to have this procedure done it was totaly pain free and the treatment involved was carried out so profesional all staff were so nice and made you feel relaxed and comfortable from start to finish.Would definately recommend this to everyone who wears glasses.”

“Very happy I had the treatment and all my questions have been answered. On the day i was nervious and could have done with a bit more of an explanation of what was going to happen but overall i have been very impressed by the quality of care. I am very pleased to finally be rid of my galsses and lenses. Life changing!”

“Since having laser eye surgery i have had better vision and it has helped alot not having to wear glasses or contact lenses it has been worth while and i wish i had got it done several years ago. I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking about as Optical Express look after you during and after the surgery.”

“I had worn glasses since thwe age of 4. My old optician advised me many years ago that they did not think that laser surgery would be of benefiit to me. I genuinely beleve that high street opticians have a vested interest in dissuading people frrom undertaking laser surgery as they will experience a loss of revenue from contact lenses and glasses. As a result, I did not enquire about laser sugery until 6 weeks ago. Although a little hesitant, I cired when I found out that laser surgery was possible for me and that it might mean that I would be able to see properly. I immediately set about sorting out how I would pay for it. I now have good eyesight and do not need glasses. I am over the moon and would not hesitate recommending the procedure to anyone.”

“The whole experience to date has been refreshingly smooth, polite, on-time and comfortable. Both at 22 Harley Street and at Westfield, I have been impressed by the friendliness of your personnel, their attention to detail, the availability of the latest equipment and techniques (I had a cataract removed in 2009 and this was much less 'intrusive'). The after care procedures have been fantastic. I have to thank both Bupa and Optical Express for my newly found bright life”

“The operation was very quick, during the evening and the first day were beyond painful for me (but they say each person is different). Within a week my eyes felt much better. Dont regret doing it, feel more confident in myself and still go to take my glasses off in the evenings!”

“Despite, worrying alittle when the time came for the operation, everyone that I have dealth with, has been absolutely amazing, courtous and supportive, accompanied always by a smile. Only one part of the operation was uncomfortable/felt slightly kinda of ouchy, and that was the vaccum on your eye balls. Other than that a very mind boggling experience, i would recommend, but, not until, i am completely happy than my eyes have settled down and are no longer drying out. I did have brilliant vision in week 1 and 2, but these last couple of weeks and the dryness has affected my vision. I do have every faith that all will turn out fine. Thank you.”

“Good experience overall, special thanks to all staff in both clinics for explaining everything. Even though my left eye is not yet perfect ( but getting better) i am very satisfied i did this. Can see better now than with contacts or glasses and hope the residual prescription will go away. Would do this again anytime. So far is like going from Standard Definition to Hight Definition.”

“The service I have received has been for the most part very good. I have had to wait for quite a while when it's been busy. However, when seen it's all been very pleasant and everything was discussed fully. I have recommended laser surgery to colleagues and friends as it has improved my quality of life significantly.”
