“I found the staff in Dundee and Edinburgh to helpful and professional. The surgery itself was carried out quickly and there was no discomfort during the op.”

“I did find the surgery a bit nerve racking but I am glad I had it done overall. The journey home was pretty bad on the train because of the bright lights (it was Oct. and dark when I left) and I am glad I took advice and wore sunglasses and had someone to travel home with. I found the post op appointements very reassuring. The staff at Birmingham have always been very pleasant and helpful.”

“Whilst I did incur initial problems with my vision due to a flat that had lifted, Optical Express did everything they could to rectify the problem. Although it took some weeks to rectify my vision, the result is welcomed. I would and already have recommended Optical Express to my colleagues.”

“The laser eye surgery removed my need for glases which is a big plus for me as having to use them was a hindrance. I found the procedure difficult because I was nervous about my eyes and I probably could have done with a valium or something similar to calm me down before the procedure.”

“As above, friendly staff, good standard of care. Expert help and vrey impressed with results. Only issue is the wait sometimes for appointments. For one appointment I had to wait 1hr 30 minutes, which then costs more with car parking etc.”

“all staff very helpful and friendly, not sore at all, its great to have your sight back and no glasses or contact lenses.love it.I would recommend it .waited a while for this.”

“I'm still healing but the results so far are great. The only difficulty I have is using a computer; but this is partly due to me using it more than I should be due to coursework at the moment. My eyes feel so much healthier and I can live an active life without needing to worry.”

“First procedure was very swift and informative as well as being on time. The second procedure resulted in a long wait, no chance to talk to the surgeon beforehand and felt a bit like a cattle market. Otherwise I fully understood what to expect and the immediate after effects were pleasing. The follow up appointments have been very good and informative. Still have discomfort due to dry eyes and disorientation in artificial light but feel poisitve that this will subside.”

“Very good, just slightly dissappointed that my eyes are not as sharp as I'd hoped. However i have had advice and eyedrops from OE to improve the situation.”
