The journey home was pretty bad on the train because of the bright lights (it was Oct. and dark when I left) and I am glad I took advice and wore sunglasses and had someone to travel home with. I found the post op appointements very reassuring. The staff at Birmingham have always been very pleasant and helpful.”

“First procedure was very swift and informative as well as being on time. The second procedure resulted in a long wait, no chance to talk to the surgeon beforehand and felt a bit like a cattle market.
Otherwise I fully understood what to expect and the immediate after effects were pleasing.
