“Purchased for a friend. She is always cold and thought this would be nice for her to have on hand whenever needed. She was very pleased and I don't think she took it off for hours, even inside her home. Size fit her perfectly and I loved the fabric and cut for her.”

“I like the products, however I'm not sure on the Queen hard warmer. I bought it for barn work when it's sub 20, but my hands do not fit in it with medium weight gloves. I have not tried it with riding gloves yet, and am considering returning it. The quality is fine, but I need to be able to put my hands in it with some level of gloves on, and was worried that the other siz3 would be too bulky for working in the barn.”

“Well made jacket/hoodie. Battery size is nice don’t really notice it in the jacket. Used in 25 degree weather for 6 hours on medium. Going to get another one for my wife.”

“I hate the cold, I don't do well. But I need to be outdoors. I'm an Assistant Scoutmaster for a Troop. I'm a boy mom for baseball playing booys. It's a necessity. I needed something to keep me warm. I'm quite happy with my coat. It heats up nicely. I just wish I ordered a smaller size, it's quite big. I wanted to wear layers under it, but it's even bigger than that. Next time I know!”

“I received my vest for Christmas. I have worn it to clear snow and even to golf! The vest gets nice and warm and stays warm for hours. I especially like the warmth on the back of my neck and in the pockets.”

“The heaters work great, but the actual glove design does not work for downhill skiing. The cuff will not fit over a cold weather ski jacket arm, making the glove useless you can get it inside your ski jacket arm. At that point, you cannot easily access the heat control. Customer service was made aware of this problem and did not offer any kind or refund or credit toward a future purchase of a better designed glove. That is bad business. Mark”

“I like the 7 zone vest I ordered. I have a question regarding equipment for charging. I sent a message on the website and have left two messages on the phone, since the recording says you are always to busy to pick up. Not happy with customer service, but so far am liking the vest.”
