“I am very pleased with the vest and gloves. There are good quality and handsome. I did have to change sizes and the customer service was excellent. Everything was done via email.”

“I was assisted by Luke in customer support. He was excellent. He treated me with extreme care. I am a novice to the battery operated vests. Altho I have three , I was not aware of the alot of the tech information. Luke toook the time to help me anytime I needed help.”

“Hi I ordered 3 jackets One for my daughter in law and two for me. I got one black and one red one she got a red one. The 3x is to small fore me I am a 2x to3x but these are small. My daughter in law is a 2x and hers is small. I need to return mine for a 4x or I can give her my red one and return her 2x with my black 3x. Pleas let me know how to do this Thank you Camille Gama.”

“I have been very pleased with my Ororo vest. It was a perfect fit and very pleased with its quality. My wife has owned an Ororo vest for a couple years and I decided to get my own. Very warm and comfortable.”

“I had high hopes for this heated scarf as my wife is always cold and I thought this scarf would add significantly to the hand warmers she uses. The scarf does warm up however just barely. It does warm up a bit to the touch but you'd have to wear it right next to your skin. If my wife is wearing a turtle neck or similar she just can't feel any warmth from it.”

“I’m glad I purchased ororo fleece jacket, it keeps me warm when we have the polar vortex a week ago. The coldest of the season. The insole it keeps my feet warm.”

“Excellent fit, does the job as advertised. Only downside seems to be that the battery does NOT last the stated ten hours of heat time, ours only lasted about 5 hours on the low setting.”
