About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

I'd personally stay away from placing orders from Australia. Half the time they cant process and wont ship internationally even if the site says so.

If you don’t have it in stock and don’t know when it will be back in stock maybe don’t take peoples money. Especially don’t take peoples money and refuse to communicate.

Took almost a month for the items to arrive and when I called them up two times they said the item will be sent out the next day which never happened until two weeks after. My trans cooler was missing 4 bolts to mount the cooler into the bracket which isn’t a big deal but the hassle that I already took the car apart to instal it and had to put the panels back so I could go to Bunnings and get the bolts. Really poor service in my opinion.

Paid for express post took a week to come Wrong item sent , no apologies Returned wrong item on my time and then wait another week for correct item No voucher ,no credit or any form of good will Won t be shopping here again

It would have good if it was a 14 x 14in vent rather than a 13 x 13.5in vent. Fidly to pack the space difference and doesn't cover the old patch on the inside.

Terrible service, I made an order of a few things and each item arrived separately and on different days and I am yet to receive 2 items. I have been in contact about it but am yet to receive my items.

Upon ordering a very expensive product (worh a part missing) waiting four weeks for the product to arrive to find a piece was missing Getting a right run around to get the part that is supposed to be included and now have to wait 5 weeks or more for the part to come available and be sent to us Quiet frustrating to say the least It took my own foot work to find the piece that was missing for anyone to do anything about it Very annoyed at the customer service with a very not my problem attitude and a just send it back with out even looking into it properly After we receive the part we are awaiting it will be the first and last time we deal with this company

I placed an order on August 28th, paid in full. Items showing as in stock and it is now 15th September and my purchase has still not been posted much less received. NOT happy at all, will certainly NIT be recommending your business to anyone

Called in to see if I could get a replacemenr remote for my MM compressor as mine has never worked from Day one I was told by the guy on the front desk that the remote would have to be sent away. What a joke. I have purchased many big priced items from Outback in the past. However after this episode of poor after sales service I think I will be considering my options in the future Bill

I don’t mind paying for quality, and the product is great. It just doesn’t fit Yamaha outboards. I now own a very expensive paper weight.

Wake up you people I have not received this item. You were unable to provide it. Getting sick of receiving reviews for this item. Outback Equipment has given me a full refund. No more reviews unless you can provide this item

Unfortunately, it's not a good review at all. We received our order damaged & unusable. The quality of the product was so poor we did not want you to send us another poor quality replacement. A refund was sent to us less the shipping costs. So we ended up paying +/- $15 for nothing!!! Tx

Ordered a product with express shipping, which one would assume the client needs it fast, only to be told 4 days later after I contacted you, that it is unavailable for 3 weeks. Clearly no one pleas going to tell me though. Ashame, as we do affiliate marketing and I can’t market someone that does business that way.
