STORE AT THE CHERRY HILL MALL IN NJ TO BUY A GIFT FOR MY WIFE. I MADE A QUICK PURCHASE WITH CASH ON DEC 9,22 PERHAPS I WAS NEVER TOLD OR ADVISED BY ANY SALES ASSOCIATES ABOUT NOT BE ABLE TO GET MY REFUND (JUST IN CASE) WELL MY WIFE DID NOT LIKE THE ITEM AND WE BOTH WENT TO RETURN ALL THE ITEMS THE NEXT DAY DEC10,22. I HAVE THE ITEMS IN UNUSED CONDITION, ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND FORM OF PAYMENT WAS CASH****. I WAS SHOCKED INCLUDING MY WIFE ABOUT LISTENING TO THE SALES ASSOCIATES MARK C. BY A WEIRD VERBAL EMPLOYEE INTERNAL POLICY THAT WAS NEVER PRESENTED TO ME IN REGARDS OF RETURNS. MY WIFE READ THE RECEIPT LIKE 3 TIMES AND WAS VERY CONTRADICTING HIS VERBAL RESPONSE VS THE ORIGINAL WRITTEN RECEIPT. I WAS TOLD TO CALL CORPORATE AND GO TROUGH A PROCESS OF REFUND OVER THE PHONE AND I WILL GET MY CASH BACK BY A CHECK. AT THAT POINT I WAS FRUSTRATED AND MY WIFE EVEN MORE. WE DID WANT TO DO ALL THAT..WHY CALLING TO COMPLIANT AND GO THROUGH THIS WHOLE PROCESS AND WAIT FOR FEW DAYS TO RECEIVED A CHECK ? AFTER LISTEN THIS BUROCRACY THE POLICY STATES, I CANNT GIVE YOU THE MONEY BACK CALL CORPORATE. BUT THE RECEIPT STATES THE OPPOSITE ??? YES YOU CAN..THE STORE MANAGER WAS THERE AND SHE DID NOT INTERVENE KNOWING AND NOTICING THIS UNCOMFORTABLE/ AGRAVATED SITUATION OF A SIMPLE CASH RETURN. MY WIFE ATTEMPT TO SPEAK WITH THE STORE MANAGER IN REGARDS OF THAT STORE POLICY AND SHE WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED SINCE THE OTHER SALES ASSOCIATES CALLED MARK C. KEEP REPEATING TO MY WIFE, IM NOT GIVING YOUR MONEY AND HAVE MY CASH DRAWER SHORT, I HAVE TO FOLLOW POLICY AS WELL AND I DONT WANT TO LOSE MY JOB. MY WIFE KEEP REPEATING HERSELF IN REGARDS OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT WRITTEN POLICY AND THE SALES ASSOCIATES MENTIONED WILL CALL SECURITY..WHAT A WAY TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.HE KEPT SAYING HERE IS A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. YES ON A SATURDAY NIGHT TO GET MY REFUND AND THAT DEPARTMENT BEING CLOSED. MY WIFE WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THIS EMPLOYEE POLICY, TURN AWAY WITH PHONE NUMBER VS PROVIDING A SIMPLE REFUND TRANSACTION. THE ITEM WAS NOT AN ONLINE ITEM, IT WAS NOT IN USED CONDITION, HAVE THE RECEIPT WHY DOING ALL THIS TO A CUSTOMER. THIS SALES ASSOCIATES KNEW THAT CORPORATE DEPARTMENT WAS CLOSED AND SEND ME TO ANOTHER LOCATION FOR MY REFUND.

Most infuriating customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of using! Order got cancelled, no contact to state this, contacted them as hadn’t heard anything regarding delivery to be told items out of stock, reordered under pretences that I would be refunded Black Friday difference only to be told this cannot happen as it’s click and collect??? What bloody difference does that make????

Hello, I recently ordered three items, first they got my order wrong and did not send me any of the items that I ordered. I have called and called, and still have not received the items that I paid for, that unfortunately my daughter will be looking forward to on Christmas.

I love shopping at Pandora, however when I didn't receive my merchandise. I decided to call the customer service number (844) 467-1333, and I spoke with Josh who was rude right from the beginning. He began the conversation by sighing, then cut me off while I was trying to explain the reason for my call. He was rude in every poisible way, yell, unfriendly, unprofessional. I hope that the conversation true are recorded because that was truely unprofessional.

I wouldn't waste my time & money! Shipping is not as promised! Shop somewhere that holds true to their word! Their information (Pandora) is not accurate!

I placed my order on 25/11/2022 under order number AU03666531 and was done for the same day for same day delivery and paid the extra amount for the guaranteed delivery. Instead of being delivered on the 25/11/22 as your website states and charged for, i received it 3 days later. Your site is making false and misleading comments and also charging for a service that it does not provide. I made a phone call on the next morning to find out where my $700 purchase is and also sent an email and no body decided to even give me the decency of a phone call or email back. I want my delivery fee refunded for your misleading information; I will take this further if not refunded. I hope no one orders the same day delivery as it is completely misleading and a way to charge you additional fee. Be warned.

My husband purchased a pandora bracelet along with 2 charms I added 3 more charms 2 months into having the bracelet I notice tht it was starting to change colors my husband & I spent over $500 & for this to happen is terrible sad & horrible we as ppl spend our money on things that we think is worth the money but at the end we stuck with bs and not ever be reimbursed for anything so unprofessional

I’m sad to report the horrible customer service I experienced Nov 19th, 2022 at the Galleria Pandora Jewelry store. The associates over looked waiting customers and when I attempted to speak with the manager Ms Cynthia it was clear she lacked the professionalism, leadership and customer services skills to be managing any establishment.

Purchased charms last year December 29, 2021 never received it ,they took the money then they sent it to New York and I am from Illinois .have contacted them every way possible in regards to this, and never received any response ,any refund , any items,just very poor customer service be careful !

Dunedin store customer service appalling. Went there today and never had bad service like that before in any shop. Don’t know the products and asked for the price in extra link for slim line bracelet still don’t know what price!! Absolutely useless. I have to re think my Xmas present now as not wasting my money on a bracelet from here.

Pandora keeps charging my bank debit card $4.99 month for Ad free listening when I’m still hearing Ads. I’ve cancelled subscription twice the past 2 months yet my bank debit card continues to get charged $5.67 a month despite my cancellation of subscription!! Still not addressing the issues! Very disappointed ☹️

Service was ok ( thats because i was the only customer in the store)I was told miss informed re vouchers for my birth month. Didnt get a discount. Was advised she would put me on the mailing list, hasn't happened. Also called the store 12 times with no answer, and then I finally got someone to pick up the phone and she hung up. But she was quite happy to take my money which i spent a lot on. There is no customer service to contact. I wont be purchasing Pandora again and will let friends and family know my experience. Stay away from Pandora Cranbourne.

Before sharing my story I have been a Pendora customer for over 10 years and in 3 different countries, where I interacted with stores only! And this was my first interaction with the online plateform, which is unacceptable at all... I was placing an online order for $400++ for 6 items, from which 3 items ( a Bracelet & 2 Charms) as first gift , 1 item a second gift and last two items for me. Noting that I have purchased 2 gift package (each for $1) within the order. The whole order was on an expedited shipment (around $17) My requst to the customer service representative was so simple, I want 2 gift receipts for each gift. The answer was I have to buy gift box for each item to receive a gift recieipt and more each gift has to be in a separte shippment. Moreover I was asked me questions to verify my previous online purchases and when I said in store only, the assosicate appologied that she can't do anything more!!! For such a big chain to jave this level of customer service and poor online service, I believe the management has to reconsider their way of handeling the business. FYI: I went to the store and bought all the items I wanted and received the gift package and gift receipt for free!!

Customer service very poor. Received a necklace and earring set for a retirement gift and only wore 3 times and clasp on necklace refused to close. Took in to store and was told by clerk very easy fix but person who did these things in the next day. Went in next day and told a very different story. They would not fix and in order to send off, needed a sales receipt. I wanted to pay for repairs, told not their policy without a sales receipt. Took to a jeweller repaired in minutes. Would not purchase anything at Pandora again.

Pandora's service is non-existent. I bought a charm online using Discovery Miles, they deducted my Miles but then an error message popped up and no confirmation of the transaction was received - despite, the Miles being deducted. I have sent them numerous Facebook, Messenger, and email messages and all they say is that someone will be back to me but they can't say when. So, the gift I bought is lingering somewhere but the recipient clearly won't receive it, yet Pandora has received payment without following through on confirming and delivering the product purchased. Be very careful when purchasing online from Pandora - terribly poor service! Highly disappointing and frustrating dealing with them.

Brought quite a lot from pandora but it's not good quality for the price, I had one bracelet with lots of charms on, the clasp must of been faulty as I lost all my charms, only noticed because I had found a couple of charms in car, so disappointed! Another bracelet there is sharp metal sticking out and I can't push it in and also I noticed the jewellery tarnishes, I only wear my jewellery if going out and I wish I could wear it all the time.

I am absolutely discussed with Pandora. I received an item and wanted to return. There was no return label so I went through there website and got on. Posted the item and thought I’ll check on it in a few days once the tracking shows it’s got to them. Checked that it was there so spoke to an online advisor that yes confirmed they have it and now the warehouse needs time to process it. So a total of 14 days and you should have the refund, waited 15 days and checked back in, spoke to an online advisor again and they said, no we don’t have it. My response was well Iv been told you had it and my tracking shows you got it 15 days ago. There response was, unfortunately we can’t do anything and I have to speak with Royal Mail. Even though this is there label. I argued it and said surly not as this is your label and you are the sender/receiver. But no they insisted that it was on me. So I rang Royal Mail who confirmed that the item has been delivered to there warehouse and that they need to get intouch as it’s not my label, he also said they shouldn’t hold your refund as it shows it’s there and you have done your bit. So I go back to them and explain this. There reply, we will look into it. So they apparently looked into it and basically said nope it’s not in the warehouse so the case is closed and you need to take it up with your payment provider. I argued back explaining how they have messed me around stating they have the item and then they don’t and I need to do this and that when infact I have done my bit. I got the label and sent it back. I have proof they received it. But all I got back was a copy and pasted reply stating they have closed there investigation and I need to speak to the payment provider. Also to mention at the bottom of there email it constantly states customer satisfaction is there most important thing. Absolute joke. Can’t believe how they have treated me and are basically stealing there money due to there errors. I will continue to fight this as this shouldn’t happen to anyone

After spending more than $200 on a cover in gold bracelet, it lasted no more than 2 years. NO WARRANTY from Pandora after 1 year. Seems suspicions all of their jewelry starts to shows problems after the year. For the money that I spend I could have gotten my mother in law and better quality product. This is the vivid representation of Poop cover in gold.
