This is by far the worst website I've ever used! Nothing is ever clear you can't remove items that you don't want from the cart it's horrible!! I guess I'll be shopping at the store not that that's much better! I get better service from satellite stores that carry Pandora!! ridiculous

Pandora jewelry tarnishes very quickly and cleaning it does not restore it to a wearable condition. Poor customer service levels when raising complaints and no resolution given. Throwaway fashion at inflated prices. Spend your money at a quality Jewelers rather than on Pandora's overpriced tat!

Do not use Pandora unless you just do the free account. NEVER pay for the ad free service and DO NOT USE it for business. The two are completely different entities and the features are different. For the individual paid account it's extremely cumbersome and difficult to cancel - which I'm sure is intentional and of course you can't call them. The business side of things so far seems to be just as disorganized. Can't get the explicit lyrics option turned off and I am now on hold for the third time after being transferred becasue the previous person couldn't help me so I figured I would write a review as I wait... oh surprise they just hung up on me. I'm surprised these clowns are still in business. A lot of times reviews are written by people that are not familiar with how things work and they make simple mistakes but I'm thellng you, this is a mess. I actully hope some of you ignore this and try it becasue I don't want to be the only one going thru this. :)

Ordered a ring for my wife for Mother’s Day. Selected “pick up in store” Canton store had it in stock so I thought this is perfect, since my schedule is filled with kids soccer games all weekend. To be able to run in, grab and go is a perfect scenario. I went in to pick it up after being emailed it was ready, but to my surprise the “free” bracket that they were giving away was the only thing I could walk away with today. The ring that was in stock and a associate showed it to me, was there but for some reason Pandora decided that they wanted to ship it instead, which I will not get until Wednesday. I called Pandora to ask about this and see if there is something they can do to stop the shipment and just let me pick up in store since it’s there (right size and all) The rep told me she cannot stop the order or cancel, and I would have to wait until I receive it to return it. I ask to speak to a decision maker and she was kind enough to tell me she was going to put me through to someone who could help me 75 minutes on the phone and I never heard from anyone else. This isn’t a first time purchase with them, I was literally in the store 2 days ago and spent over $200 for my daughter birthday gift. But after this and the poor customer service, I may never buy from Pandora again!

After 3 weeks it was broken when I woke up in my bed . They said nothing to do because not suppose to wear in bed . I paid $132.00 for three weeks . I was so upset I shred my receipt in their faces . No more for me , Really cheap , Do not buy !

Cheaply made jewelry. Bought a charm bracelet two months of having it it broke they exchanged it and couple months later like about 3-4 months my charm fell off and went back to buy another one. She told me to get a smaller charm bracelet because the one I had was a little big which I agreeded but the last lady I had when it broke the first time says I should have a size up so it can stretch out when I get all my charms on it. So I sized down and fits good but a month later it broke the heart piece that you click together broke in half. I think the lady who put it on me broke it because after that later that day it fell off and kept falling off until that day it broke in half. Ridiculous because the charm bracelets and my charms were expensive. Also I bought the heart right about a year or two ago and a bunch of the little stone whatever you call them have came off. Pandora has cute stuff, but they’re so cheaply made. Especially the prices should be getting decent quality stuff for the prices. I rather spend more money on some expensive real jewelry store instead of wasting it here.

Pandora Me collection; DO NOT PURCHASE. The charms fall off and Pandora do not care. They are more than aware of this design fault yet continue to sell them. My daughter and I are selling all our Pandora. There are businesses out there who value honestly and their customers. Not Pandora.

Dreadful awful packaging nowadays I spent over £2k on Pandora a few years back. Thought I’d start buying more as they’ve brought new items out . Started with a lovely silver personal heart. Nice Then the salesperson put it in the ‘box’ and the bag….. oh dear Shocking cheap fraud like looking packaging in a registered outlet. Won’t be going back. Apparently, I’m definitely not the only one either !!! Sort it Pandora or your gonna lose out 😐

I wish I researched the Pandora online reviews before I purchased from them. I will NEVER order from them again! I ordered a few items online back in Nov 2021 and when I received them I had 2 items that I don't like so I returned them back by mail in the beginning of Dec 2021 (don't know why they can't be return in store like other companies do). I also keep tracking my parcel and know it had made it back to the Pandora warehouse which it did. Until now I still have not receive my refund. I called them 6 times about this, they either say it is still processing or there is a glitch in the system and now it is fixed you should receive it in 7-10 business. I waited for 2 months now and I still have NOT receive my refund. So ridiculous.! Never thought such a big reputable company will do that.

Worst shipping ever... It and been sitting ready for pick up for almost 2 weeks. It is to be delivered by Purolator... a courier company with next day delivery or at least reasonable delivery. St9ill had not been picked up for 10 days. Will never order online again from here

I bought a ring in store and not even two weeks later, the item had already gotten bent despite the fact that I had done nothing out of the ordinary. I called the warranty number and was told that they would send a new one and that I would receive it in seven to fourteen business days. I was also given a return label so I could send my damaged item back which is exactly what I did. It’s been way past fourteen days and in addition to this, since received a confirmation email that the package containing my damaged item was received. Yet, still have not received the replacement so I suppose that’s a hundred dollars lost. Tried calling costumer service but they were unable to give me much information so I guess all I can do now is hope my replacement shows up and I wasn’t just scammed by this joke of a company. Do not buy from Pandora. Their poor quality products are rivalled only by their even poorer costumer service.

I ordered items from the Pandora store online on 12th Nov. The items were supposed to be delivered within 3 working days. That was ideal as one of the items was for my nieces 16th birthday. I had a confirmation email. Then I received an email on 14th Nov to say the items would arrive within 10-20 working days ....!!! After 20 days and no items I contacted the customer support to be told there were problems due to ... Covid. It is now 38 days and I have still not received my order or a response to my email asking if the items have been dispatched - there was still time to make Christmas.... Nothing. I also requested to know that if I asked for a refund how long the funds would take to clear into my account. No response. If I could give this zero stars I would. I will now raise this as a dispute with my bank.

If I could give 0 stars i would have! I ordered 3 identical charmes as gifts for my 3 daughters. I paid for express delivery as I wanted to give them to my girls on a particular special occasion..... I received them 9 days later ..which was 4 days after I need them. To add to my utter disgust they arrived in plastic bags...not gift boxes as shown on tv!.... These people seem keen to get your order and then forget about you. Desp ou te several attempts to contact them I've been completely unable to do so. Adding insult to injury, after receiving my order which was almost 140£ i then received emails saying there was free bangle for orders over 100£ . I would have expected this kind of service from from a " fake' Pandora company...but this was utterly disgusting. I will NOT be ordering from Pandora ever again....and strongly advise you to take your custom elsewhere

Would never order from pandora again I put order in yesterday to get a free gift all suddenly the offer just vanished and got took from my basket unbelievable I will never order again or recommend to order from main pandora. Rip offs

Pandora introduced a new collection of rings. Supposed to be sterling silver but turned my finger green. Pandora used to be quality. Now it’s just over priced junk.

I paid $16.00 express mail and over 100$ for a purchase of a Pandora ring . I NEVER RECEIVED ITEM! It was well over 2 weeks and still no ring ! Tracking said package was on its way and still nothing ! I was told ring was sent back from someone else ?!? Pandora refunded my money . Highly disappointed thinking this was the main Pandora site . Won’t ever order again from this company . Awful experience pretty much feel like it was a scam . No excuse unacceptable .
