Ordered xmas gift dec. 1st still hasn't arrived dec 26th. No update on delay even though it was guaranteed by 24th. Never again.

Dreadful customer service from Julie Manager at Telford store.She should be retrained in how to approach customers, how to speak to them in a correct manner and tone.She is definitely not to the standard to have that Manager Title. Problem was when I needed to exchange a charm that was bought for a Christmas present, due to my daughter being bought one from a friend.As soon as she new I had bought it on the online shop her attutude changed even though I had the packaging, the invoice one of the products I ordered two.By the time I was talking to a lovely shop assistant explaining what I had already said to the woman monitoring the doorway who turned out to be the manager, the manager rudely interrupted us stating that I must not be given a refund as I had bought on line,I had never asked for a refund all I wanted was an exchange.She was loud, rude and did not seem to care that other shoppers were listening to how she was speaking to me and the shop assistant.She said the shop assistant was new to the store and wanted her to know She not only made me the customer feel uncomfortable but the shop assistant and on lookers.The exchange took place but my experience with the exchange was very un -pleasent.No refunds, no credit notes will be offered only exchange for the same price.With being low in stock this was hard , felt under pressure to exchange for anything worried about the loss of money. I felt like Pandora are breaking some kind of consumer rights law by doing this.

I placed an order. They didn't ship everything saying 2 items were out of stock. Fine. They refunded the items, but no the total amount. It was minus the tax on those items. This was July. The keep saying 7-10 days but nothing. Now they won't even answer my emails ! Nice Pandora. I guess you need the money

This was the worst customer service experience of my life. I will paste my email to them but I removed my name. This did happen and this was a big order. Just imagine how you will be treated with a smaller order. Also I got hung up on over five times throughout the day with no call back at all even knowing my experience. Still no response. Hello my name is W V and I am writing you to hopefully let someone important know how your company let me down. I looked on your website and seen something that I thought my wife will like for her birthday which is 12/17. I seen that your company also had a promotion going on where ypu would get a free bracelet for every 200 you spent. When I put my order in I noticed that only three bracelets wore added so I called and asked why only three and also asked is I could get five. Because of the amount I was spending. I was told no. While on the phone I askes several times if I would get my order by the 17 and was told yes. I still placed the order. First after placing my order I got no conformation and had to call again to get my order number while on the phone again I asked again and again if I would get it by the 17. I was told yes. I got a email after saying I needed to call to confirm my order. I did just that. Once again asking if my order would be here by the 17 and being told yes. I kept looking up the order to see where it was with shipping to only see it was not sent yet. I called again to only be told that my order was cancelled due to me not confirming while the young lady on the phone was telling me she could see the note where I confirmed. Now I'm being told that even if I place my order again I would not get the promotion bracelets and of course I won't get the order in time. The gift was for my wife and mother of my five daughters and I felt with that order I had at least one year where I got that women something she deserves because she the best. Your company let me down. I don't "feel the love" from your company by a matter of fact thanks to you guys I won't be feeling any love any time soon. Thanks for repeatedly dropping calls and not getting back to me thanks so much.

I’ve been to multiple Pandora’s and in most of the stores I’ve been to, a lot of the staff are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. A lot of times I’ve been ignored. Once when I tried to return a faulty item, the lady was uninterested and basically told me there was nothing wrong with my item. Most recently when I went to a different pandora store I was looking at the earrings and am member of staff just came over and took the display case as someone else wanted to look at them, she didn’t even bother saying anything!

I would give no stars if able to do so. Ordered an e card that says 1 hour. 5, yes, 5 days later had not reached recipient. After 3 emails with no response and 3 phone calls managed to get through. No explanation as to why no card or even an apology. Avoid at all costs.

Purchased an e-voucher online but never received it and they took the money. Its been 3 wks and I haven't received any callbacks, e-mails or my money back. Disgusting service or should I say lack of. AVOID!!!

I never received the item due to an issue with the online system as it mixed up the delivery address with the billing address. This only became apparent when receiving the invoice confirmation and due to it being a weekend there was no number to call to get the error rectified. Item was for my 10th wedding anniversary 6 days later so due to this raised a ticket on the change delivery option via the website. This provided incorrect information as it suggested you could change the delivery address with The Royal Mail which is incorrect. The first time the tracking number worked was when the item was received by Royal Mail but by that time it was too late, I rang them and they confirmed nothing could be done and that it would eventually be sent back. Called Pandora and no solution offered other than that I would be called by client services, 6 days later and still no call or email. At the point of the first call I probably would have paid again if this was offered as an option but with the express delivery charge waivered, I probably would have gone for picking one up in a store should a discount been offered but no solutions were provided. Still no call or email, still no solution offered, still no item ordered or refund provided and the anniversary been and gone. Just an absolute sham from start to finish, you have lost a loyal customer.

Been waiting over a month for Pandora to fix the link they sent me for an e-card from my friend for my birthday the link says expired when I tried to use it within the first month of receiving it 🤬 and now I just get passed from one customer service operator to another with absolutely no intention of even doing anything! I think all these people should just contact: Do you want Joe Lycett to fight for your consumer rights? Email: got your back @ rumpusmedia. co. uk (split email address up as email addresses not allowed in review) with your story and bring to light their appalling customer service!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a charm on the 25th June for my mums birthday, it never got delivered so had to wait for it to be returned to back to sender. Which I called several times and emailed. Takes an hour to get through to someone on the phone and emails never get a response. On the 20th July they have finally received the item and issued the refund but said it would be 15 days till I would actually receive the money in my account. Its now the 8th August and still no sign of the money and calling them to wait for an hour to get through to someone for them not to be able to help or do anything about it I just have to wait for the money which will be two months from when I actually brought it at this rate. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Ordered 31st May, received email confirming my order, my money taken vie PayPal, still not in receipt of goods, this was meant to be a birthday gift, long gone now, have sent numerous emails and tried to call help line!! Still no goods and Pandora has my money!! Totally disgusting service, will never use again!! Tried calling local store for advice to be told online services are a different entity, at the end of the day they are using the Pandora name so why can I not get any help?!!!! My next step now will be legal action as they have £80 of my money!!

(350 word count) For the month of June 2020 there was a sale of 50% off. I ordered 5 items costing over $300 cnd. I tried to apply the 10% from "new customer" but it didn't at the time of order. However, their hotline was closed and there was less than 48h left of the sale. -The following day I called, they said once it was shipped to call. Plus they said that it was processed because it was on hold to verify the address but I didn't get any notification about any of this. -That didn't make sense so I called again to get someone else. They did apply it, only when I realized that they applied it to the cheapest item, i.e. $40 item instead of $100 item - if not the entire order ($30 discount and not $10) -Called again but they can't do anything since it's only "at the time of order". But was willing to give 20% for my next order. (I'm a guy getting this for my gf, so I won't order again from this experience already). Asked to speak to the manager, but wasn't in so they will contact me later. Got an email a minute before the hotline closes saying that "it was already applied". -Called again but this time the manager was in and "will apply the discount to the entire order" - but it will take 3-10 business days. -Called again to verify that it is legit and not just what I wanted to hear and they confirmed that's what is on file. -Still waiting on the discount but if i wait too long the anger will go away and people may not benefit from this - for those that read this, I read this but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and shame on me. -They spent $440 mil cnd (2018) in marketing but they have horrible customer service - couldn't find the customer acquisition cost, can't wait to see the them file chapter 11 bankruptcy as the charms was just a fade TLDR: called 4 times to get some progress

I have had a gold charm for 3 months and it has become faulty, emailed regarding this and have had no response from an actual person to resolve the issue. Very disappointed as you'd expect better service!

Terrible service. I spent around £300 on jewellery as a gift, marked as a gift and at checkout did not get the option of proper Pandora boxes. When the jewellery arrived it came in cardboard boxes which I can not give as a gift like that. I emailed customer service who asked what boxes I required and they would have them sent out. I replied and no reply from them, emailed again and no reply. So I emailed asking how to return as its two orders I would like to return together and yes you guessed it no reply!! Can someone just reply and tell me how to return

I’d give zero stars if I could. Contacted their UK customer service on behalf of my 11 year old daughter to try and resolve an issue. After 2 weeks of chasing and follow up on my part they have refused to help. Epitome of corporate greed and totally incompetent.

Bad customer service!! why should I purchase from a store that doesn't value their customers. Walking in and being completely ignored is not good customer service. I must say this is usually in London. Stratford Westfield has brilliant customer service.

My partner and daughters absolutely love Pandora products and over the years we must have spent thousands on their items!........however...if you have a problem, (as we have recently with a faulty charm catch,) their head office customer service is absolutely shocking. It really has caused me to make a promise never to purchase another pandora product ever again. It’s such a shame that they have become so big, they no longer care about their individual customers. 👎🏻👎🏻
