“Very mixed, ordered two items and only one showed up, no explaination as to why but the missing item was sent out on the same day that I raised the issue without any hassle. Positives, customer service was quick to send out the missing item and importantly kept me up to date on any issues with the order. The original order arrived in very good time and in suitable packaging. Negatives, no explaination as to why I only recieved half an order. The order was for Christmas so it was an important delivery day missed and it was also to an address that I don't live at which then added further issues. The missing item was set to arrive before New Year but due to suppling issues got pushed even further back into the new year.”

“My order was never delivered. Papier then dispatched another replacement which was also never delivered 😂🥲🥲🥲 I ended up using Moonpig to order a birthday card as my order from Papier went to Santa claws and Santa hot lost I guess 😂 this was during Christmas. So terrible”

“Well The quality is amazing, the product is super useful my only complain is that I placed an order for a custom productivity planner, and I got a standard one, it was a gift for my wife so I was really disappointed.”

“Such a unique, and thoughtful present! Ordered last minute for my mom for Christmas and she loved it! Also came earlier than expected! I am not one who normally gives reviews on products good or bad, but the personalized cookbook was such an amazing present I had to leave a review! Also love the variety of choices on the website, will definitely be buying from here a lot in the future!”

“I look forward to my Papier book every year. They are so well made with lovely paper that is wonderful to write on (I use a Micron), adorned with beautiful artwork, and I just love to personalize the cover. I look forward to opening it every morning to start checking things off. I love to open it up and check in with myself in the evening to see how I did and reevaluate what needs to be done. Its become such a ritual for me. Thank you for putting such attention to detail in all your products.”

“I loved the spiral softcover planner I got last year so much I ordered the same this year. I am very disappointed with how light the print is on the inside. It’s barely readable! I don’t think I’ll be purchasing again unless they fix this issue.”
