“My notebook looks beautiful but the front of the spine is already cracking after two weeks of use and the ribbon bookmark has completely frayed.”

“Quality of hardback notebook has gone downhill since last year. Thinner paper, cheaper binding, no longer feels like a quality product. Gutted as I’ve had four previous hardback notebooks which have been great. Papier Customer Service advised me the change was due to supply chain issues and refunded me 15% of the cost. Undecided as to whether I will order again but appreciated their gesture.”

“I got the Italian Summer blue hardcover binding Academic Year Planner and am so pleased with it. Sometimes, things that are a little more expensive ARE better, haha. The first time I opened it, the page I was on started to rip at the top at the binding, which got me seriously concerned about the durability. However, I have been using it for over a month since then, and have been pleased with the durability. I love the two place saver ribbons and the different sections and opportunities to record things, like goals, mood, gratitude, notes, deadlines etc. It is a great planner for recording your life, as opposed to just your work, a la an online calendar like google. My only complaint for the academic planner is that the month overviews are all at the beginning, with the week overviews all running into each other. I wish it was more like a traditional planner, with the month overview before the start of the first week of said month.”

“I bought from Papier a couple times now and I love it! They are beautiful and so useful whilst completing my studies! I had a minor issue with one of my diaries that I had ordered and when I emailed, it was replied to and sorted within the hour (thankyou Melissa)! Lovely people and lovely business. Highly recommend ❤️”

“The delivery process was not good, I don’t mind having to pay a little bit extra for shipping but I do expect it to arrive on time. It came 6 days after the original delivery date, and had barely any updates from the papier team.”

“Sadly not the standard we have come to expect from previous deliveries. The packaging wasn’t sealed correctly so the back of the planner was bent. It hasn’t affected the usability of the planner and thankfully wasn’t a gift. We also received “over promise, under deliver” on the speed of delivery. All in all, wasn’t impressed”

“This calendar is so cute! I am used to all one month's info being together: the overview, then a do-to list for that month, then daily notes for that month. This one has all overviews of each month, then to-do lists, then daily notes for each month. Thankfully, it also has 2 bookmarks, so I can keep one on the overview and one in the notes. It is the best size to carry or put in my purse. The pages are thick and the cover is adorable. Really liking this calendar!”
