“Absolutely love the planner, it's got the perfect layout for work and it's pretty and I love that you can customize it. It arrived beautifully wrapped as well. But the very first day I brought it to work, when I pulled it out of my bag the front cover was peeling. I hadn't even written anything in it yet and the front already looked worn and tattered. Very disappointed with how easily that happened.”

“cover printed with stock text AND my text, wasn't visible in the mockup, and to fix it they wanted me to send back the customized notebook (at my expense). not throwing good money after bad, the covers are very low quality and thin”

“The quality and aesthetic are very good in regards to stationery. The shipping and detail updates could be better with more consistent live updates. My package has come 4 days late, and there were very little updates that reflected its live status for me to plan accordingly for my semester appropriately.”

“To begin, I wanted to share what I thought was a great idea! At the end of my niece's freshman year of college, she had her friends, professors and people she met sign any blank pages of her 2023-2024 Papier Academic Planner for her to keep as a remembrance of her first year of college, a sort of "freshman college yearbook." I thought that was a fabulous idea that I wanted to share with the Papier family!! My experience with Papier began in summer of 2023, I bought my first Academic Planners from Papier, one for my eldest niece for her freshman year of college and one my younger niece for her freshman year of high school. They ABSOLUTELY LOVED them!! I included the "Find the Balance" stickers for them also. One planner arrived damaged by water during transit and Papier rushed a new one out to my niece immediately, the customer service was AMAZING! This year, 2024, I bought planners and stickers again for both nieces and now also for my nephew, who is entering his freshman year of high school. I plan to continue purchasing their academic planners from Papier every year until all three finish their educations...so that is like for the next decade!!!”

“I was super excited to receive my planner when I placed my order 20 days ago. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the shipping and I have not yet received my planner so it was returned to sender. Papier kindly resent it to me with faster shipping but now my order is delayed so it is supposed to come in next week. Customer service has been helpful, but for the price I paid for shipping and the planner itself this process should not be as frustrating as it has been. I will keep waiting for my planner, but I wish I would have had it since the first day of class last week.”

“I got the ACADEMIC EVERGREEN SPIRAL PLANNER design by THE MET. It is overpriced and let me tell you why: 1. The paper is thin, so unless you're planning on using strictly pencil (why bother just use a digital calendar at that point) your ink will bleed through making your planning hard to read on both sides of the paper adding to visual clutter and messy visuals. Not cute. 2. The months are all in one section, so if you need to look at the calendar for the month it's not at the beginning of the weekly sections, so you have to flip through at least a dozen pages to find your monthly view. Good luck scheduling things on the phone during the week whilst having to look through all the previous weeks and month pages to find your current month. There is no monthly section tab, either. 3. No tabs!!! This means you have to add your own or have the patience of a saint to schedule multiple appointments or refer to your agenda. The months (see above) are set at the beginning of the calendar in a section that's not tabbed!?!?! Your weekly views are also not tabed by month and this is a pain for anyone who is trying to schedule in advance. Honestly I've gotten the same results from calendars at discount stores for one quarter of the price I paid for this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.”

“Gorgeous design of my academic planner, but all of the pages are out of order! The organisation makes no sense, some of the months are in the wrong place, so I've ended up just putting sticky notes in it in order to find what I need. Maybe the chaos suits me, but can't say I'm not upset, having waited for a year to get it only to find out that it is much harder to use than I expected without somehow rearranging the pages myself.”
