“I like Papier a lot based on my first time shopping with them, which was very recently. The product was very well packaged — it didn't come in a comically massive box, which some slim things like notebooks tend to do — and, as someone who likes keeping nice paper, I found the tissue paper to be very nice indeed. The order was dispatched and fulfilled promptly, and I appreciated the 10% student discount.”

“My son has been using Papier for photo books for a while now, and when we decided to create a book for my daughter‘s big birthday, it just had to be Papier! I am extremely pleased with the outcome and my daughter was absolutely delighted with her birthday gift! We will definitely be back for more photo books!”

“I normally love Papier's high-quality paper products! The designs are beautiful. However, the 2025 planner I ordered is an enormous disappointment. The cover feels chintzy and the paper is super thin. There's no way the ink won't bleed through to the other side. Additionally, the first page inside appears to have water damage. This purchase was a waste of my time and money.”

“I love these planners, I had one last year and I just received one for this year. They have helped me meet academic deadlines and many other things. I was a little sad when I get mine this year to find out that they changed the lay out of all the pages and there’s no longer 2 bookmarks. Maybe that’s just the specific planner I got but I didn’t see anywhere online that specified this. Still love it though!”

“I ordered a pack of highlighters and received them a week before school started. When wanting to use them for the first time they were dry, and the tip of the highlights were hardened. Waste of money.”

“The products I received were great; however, when I reported that my order was lost in the mail, I wasn't offered a discount or anything. It would have been nice to receive something since I ordered the products for a five-year-old's birthday and it came in about 2 weeks late.”

“Diary is usual good quality that I've had in previous years but colours of photos printed on cover not great. Have used same photo before and this one has very orange tones unlike the original photo. Will still use diary but a bit disappointed.”

“The card came out exactly how it looked like when creating it on the website and the customer service team were quick to respond when I thought I had issues with my delivery. The designs for the cards were very creative and it made it hard to choose from! Cost wise for a custom card was also very reasonable and I would definitely use their services again :)”
