I LOVE the cover, but I'm so bummer to see the month-to-month pages are back-to-back and the paper is too thin. Ink and highlighter will bleed through and make the next month more difficult to read and plan on. Also, I wish each month was together; like i wish the month, week, and notes were all in same section for each month, instead they're separated by month to month, or week at a glance, or monthly notes. not ideal.

Paper quality on cards is nice but the photos print quite faded and desaturated

My planner is beautiful. I like the layout, the size, the simplicity. No issue with delivery and no experience with customer service. My one complaint is the paper. The pages are so thin that the ink bleeds through. Otherwise it’s a nice planner.

I have been buying a diary each year for my niece, they are so nice that I have bought myself an address book. It is lovely quality and set out well. They aren't cheap but the quality is worth every penny.

I love, love, love Papier journals. I love the paper, I love the covers and I love giving them to myself and as gifts to others. I've bought a lot of journals but papier is the one I keep coming back to.

I bought a personalised card which cost £13 for a quick delivery! Sorely disappointed. Was not impressed with the quality of the print or card. Wouldn’t purchase again

The planner came out exactly as I was hoping and looked great. It was also a good quality. The only issue I had was that it has water damage from the delivery. I guess the box wasn't secure enough and the edges of the planner are uneven and discolered from water damage.

I was super excited to order a photobook for my partners birthday and when it arrived I was extremely dissappointed. I ended up buying a different birthday gift as I was embarassed giving them the book as a gift due to the poor quality. Firstly, the front cover image was slanted and then the image quality of all of the photos were super grainy. I was surprised since all of the images in the book were taken on a DSLR and not a phone. I reached out to customer service about my faulty photobook and was not very happy with their response. I will not be buying from Papier in the future.

I ordered a customised diary for my business. A couple of weeks later I received an email stating their printers had issues (absolutely fine, these things happen) and they would deliver next day as soon as said issue was fixed. It’s now been 2 months and there has been no sign of the diary. I have spoken with customer service who apparently re-placed the order and it should have come this week. Still no sign of the diary. I am really disappointed as I really loved their journals and was going to order a few as Christmas presents for staff (and they aren’t exactly cheap). Just feels like a scam.

We received a decent product overall and would recommend it to others. However, if you're creating a photo book as a special gift, be aware that the quality control could be better. Our book arrived with 3-4 unexpected blank pages at both the beginning and the end of each book, even though the preview suggested there would only be one unfilled page. Additionally, we included a poem that appeared fine during the creation process online, but the printed version that we received had missing Unicode characters, showing up as a square with a question mark before each new line of the poem. This suggests that the book probably was not reviewed by a real person before shipping. While the product isn't bad, the quality issues - particularly the odd unicode/hex characters - left us feeling embarrassed when gifting it to the bride and groom.

I designed my own save-the-dates and wanted to print them through Papier. The upload process and instructions were very clear and easy. When my proof was sent to me, the trimming was off so I reached out to customer service. The rep verified it was not my fault and placed a new proof order. After waiting two weeks for the new proof I come to find out the proof was canceled without telling me. When I reached out again and ordered a new proof, it arrived and once again the trimming was off. After these two failed attempts and poor experience I decided to order my save the dates through a different company. Love Papier's other products but their printing isn't great sadly!
