Happy with the lovely items I received, however the first pen arrived alone in a box big enough for a pair of shoes! After chasing the late arrival of my other items I was told one (pen clip) is unavailable (not particularly important anyway) and the personalised diary had to be re-ordered. Apart from the obvious delay this was handled with efficiency and courtesy. I’ve been buying a diary from Papier as a gift for my niece for a few years now and will continue to do so as the quality (and service when things don’t go perfectly) is excellent.

This is the fourth year in a row now that I have purchased a Papier diary. This year I ordered the exact same diary (same cover etc). Overall I love the Papier product, but I don't like the new change to the front of the diary where Papier have inscribed their name directly under where my name and the year date goes. This is something new for the 2025 diary. I have blacked this out. I'd really like this NOT to be done next year.

I had already ordered and received my menu cards for my wedding which is now 1.5 weeks away, only to hear from my event coordinator that she made an error in the original menu she sent me. I reached out to Papier, and they sorted out the problem in less than half an hour. They issued full credit for my order and did not even ask me to ship back my original menu cards, given the circumstance. Life savers! Thank you so very much!

Terrible delivery service (and customer service help). Hadn't received my diary by the estimated date, and courier tracking hadn't been updated since the day it was "sent". Contacted customer service and was told to wait another week and get back in contact then - it's now been a month since I've ordered the diary and still no updates! Then contacted the courier and they've said they've not yet received the parcel.

Useless customer service. Terrible experience with my order. Avoid them at all cost. Generic customer service responses totally unrelated to my order or queries. My one ordered turned up in 4 different orders over a 3 week period. They claimed printing issues....for highlighters and pens. Utterly terrible, then to top it off I'm getting a barrage of emails and marketing emails from them. Just leave me alone.

We're so sorry to hear that! We offer a variety of products which may only be printed at specialist printers/warehouses. This does mean in one order you may see a split shipment, but I can see all shipments have now been delivered. Overall good quality with high quality paper and well made covers. Fairly straightforward to upload pictures etc and what was produced was what I intended. The colour representation seemed a touch dull, but the detail in the photos was pretty well maintained. Not cheap compared to others of lesser quality, but would definitely consider using them for special books (eg wedding photos).

I have only had my academic planner for 3 months and it is already falling a part. I got the spiral version because I like to fold the pages back. The coil keeping it together is so flimsy that the back cover has already fallen off. I use my planner everyday and it was supposed to last me until the end of the school year next May. Now I will have to purchase another one at the start of the year. I am very disappointed.

I love the personalized note cards. I ordered two different designs, and 1 with the thicker stock. They are great. I wish that you had more options for envelope liners. I always order liners and the blue stripes are attractive, and do not match either of the designs that I selected.

I ordered a set of stationary as a gift and was so pleased with the quality and packaging. The recipient absolutely loved the design and colors and was touched by the personalization details. A thoughtful gift that leaves the recipient feeling special that doesn’t require immense time or energy.
