“Generally the products are good. Bought the pen and the refills are terrible. Tried to buy replacements but they appear to be permanently out of stock. They did refund them but when I've tried to buy them elsewhere I can't so now have an unusable pen.”

“Purchased the personalised recipe book for a birthday gift along with pens, markers and stickers. On line ordering was easy and you could choose font styles and sizes for the personalisation on the front cover and view the finished look before finalising your order. Kept updated on the order’s progress and despatch. Really lovely quality book and will deffo be ordering again soon!”

“I got a Papier to make a book journal and I absolutely love it! My only complaint is some pens do bleed through a little so maybe make the paper a tiny bit thicker otherwise I love it”

“Really like the design of the cover and the layout of the planner overall, but the paper is so thin I had to search for pens that didn't show through to the other side of the sheet! Ultimately not worth the cost.”

“I purchased an academic diary in a store in back September, have now found that 2 of the months have been completely misprinted as incorrect months and now my diary can't be used. As the diaries are quite expensive I assumed I would be able to have a replacement sent if I sent a photo and contacted customer services to explain, however I was told nothing they could do as I purchased it in John Lewis (even though the product is faulty). Can't take a diary back 6 months later to a store without the receipt, so I'm left with a diary I now can't use!”

“I love the designs and quality of the notecards I've ordered over the years - service has been terrific too. I find the wesite a challenge and dissappointed that my favorite stationery (sun with faces) was discontinued but nicve to order online product that does not dissappoint.”
