“Promptly shipped, properly printed papier!”

“Very very VERY disappointed. I thought this would be a quality product. I bought a 2022 planner- nice design outside but the paper quality inside is extremely disappointing! I have a fountain pen that I use everyday for personal use including my yearly planner and it bled through to the next page! (which isn’t a blank page after each month- it is the next month!) Sooo I even used a regular ink pen nothing fancy nothing thick and it NEARLY bleeds through so regardless of what pen I use it copies over and makes a mess for the following month. I think there should be a disclaimer to use PENCIL ONLY! POOR POOR POOR QUALITY FOR AN EXPENSIVE PRODUCT! (My previous planner was from Target and the paper was much thicker, and never bled through)”

“Really good quality calendars but the main issue is the very slow production and delivery which I have already complaint about last year. Nothing's changed obviously. Also another issue is that it would take any photo which might look good on the computer but once printed, it looks not that great. Should have a smart photo scanning and advise on the poor quality photo when printed.”

“Papier pens used to be my go-to for my office space and gifts for employees. That said, when I recently bought myself one over the holidays, it did not work. I asked for a replacement but was told that they could not guarantee a better pen. Customer service did not try to come up with a better solution, like a full refund or free pen refill replacements. Disappointed in the customer service and will be shifting my company's pens to another supplier.”

“I bought this pen (originally £9.99) with a discount code so got it for v. cheap. Nonetheless, at that price, for a rollerball, I'd expect a pen that works well. And indeed, initially, it did. The pen has a lovely, hefty weight to it and is beautiful to look at. My only complaint at this stage was that, whilst the body and end of the pen is pentagonal, the cap is round, meaning it cannot be posted (put on the back when writing) which was disappointing and not what I'd expect from such a pen and company. However, it seemed to write well otherwise. However, after a day, the pen started skipping and was very scratchy and unpleasant to write with. No matter what I did, the problem persisted. It was only when I tried it on a thick piece of paper that it (momentarily at least) started writing normally again. I would expect this from a fountain pen but from a rollerball this is unacceptable.”

“I bought the diary as a gift and the personalisation offered made all the difference to the recipient, they were delighted. The finish of the diary was slightly disappointing very nice but the pictures indicated the finish was a little more luxurious.”

“I ordered a planner from Papier to be delivered to the states. Shipping took a while, which I expected. When the package arrived late, I opened it to find that the contents of the journal were upside down and backwards. My husband, a book maker, was able to fix the journal, but I asked for a refund. The company could only make a 25% refund or 25% off my next purchase, but they offered to send a new journal. How is a company able to send a replacement but not a full refund? The email communication went on for an entire week with no real solutions made. So we spent money to fix a product that was wrong, and no money was sent to fix it.”

In regards to the book, if you were happy to keep the journal, we would of course be happy to issue a partial refund to compensate for the issues here, or a replacement to be sent t receive a corrected product, so the incorrect item could be recycled.
