“2 of these stars are only because their customer service was fast, super polite, and did somewhat rectify the situation. But basically everything printed on their front covers will always end up closer to the left edge. It’s not really noticeable when artwork/text is supposed to be on the left or right edges. But it’s very noticeable for anything that is supposed to be centered. I attached a marked photo of the planner I received. And apparently this is just their common practice! By their own admission the crease in the spine causes everything to be pulled slightly closer to the spine. And they are not accounting for this either in their own printing department or in the customization tool that they offer on the website. Basically, Papier let’s us think everything is going to be perfectly centered on the finished product, when that apparently isn’t the case at all.”

“I rarely leave reviews- especially negative ones, but I am really frustrated with my order. I am in nursing school and I ordered a planner (essential right now!). I chose next day air and paid double the price so that I would have it quickly. It was supposed to be delivered 1/14/22. As of right now the tracking still says “label created.” So, it isn’t on the way yet, and today is 1/15. I understand hold ups right now with shipping related to COVID, but the company is also responsible for getting the product out by a certain date, time, etc. to adhere to the option of express delivery. I feel guilty complaining but if anyone else expects to get their product quickly I’d like to warn them.”

“I'm soooo in love with my new Daily Planner ! The different subsections are amazing, with the goal settings, the meal plans, extra space for notes on every page ; just perfect ! They were so many colourful and pretty designs to chose from, I even purchased two others for friends and family. :D The only thing I would criticise is the quality of the paper, it's a little bit see-through which can be bothering if you like to use markers and felt pens...”

“I LOVE those notebooks, unfortunately, I was not able to order them. I spent an hour putting together my order until I noticed at checkout papier only delivers to a few countries. I think that's extremely uncommon nowadays and you should be informed about that issue earlier on. It was such a waste of time. They even sent emails ala "hey, complete your order now". Extra salty :S”

“I was honestly very disappointed. Unfortunately I’m not sure if it was only mine but the colors aren’t vibrant at all. If you don’t see it online it’s cute in person but in comparison you can tell. It’s so beautiful online. In person the print looks dull and my name itself looks like it’s bleeding. Overall it looks printed on a cheap printer. It’s upsetting how it turned out. I wanted to buy the receipt book but am thinking twice about it now. I’m sure other prints probably look better !”

The backlight screen on your phone or PC will make the colours appear slightly brighter than they will in print, but if you email some photos to support@papier.com we'll be happy to check whether that has printed as expected for you. “Lovely designs, but a little disappointed in the paper quality. I love to use fountain pens in my journals, and was expecting a better quality of paper. It doesn’t bleed but you can see it on the other side. Even highlighters are visible. Otherwise I love them!”

I was able to create a beautiful digital Save the Date that will look beautiful and seamless with the physical invitations I'm ordering from Papier. “Product came really quickly and overall satisfied. However, for the price it is definitely of cheaper quality. If you look closely the print is a bit blurry and the type of paper they used is also the type of cheap cardstock that smudges ink pens. My previous calendar that I bought off a different brand for the same price was made of nice grain paper (like the ones you get in wedding invitations) and the print quality was detailed. Was expecting the same from Papier for the price. Nevertheless we do love the customisation service that Papier offers.”

“I love my planner BUT have a couple of suggestions! I would love for the printed copy to have all of the month pages together. It would help to not have to flip flip flip from the front, to the back, then to the middle. OR, add a couple of more ribbons to for better marking of places. Would be grand! Other than that, happy to have found this company, have been searching for awhile. Will see if I stay, depends on the flipping. :-)”

“I received a water-damaged journal due to some heavy snow in my area. I talked with customer support and they couldn't have been better about it. Ellen was so nice and offered either a percentage offer or to replace the damaged one and rushed the processing for me.”

“I received my planner yesterday. It did take awhile, but that's understandable due to the customization. It's beautiful, although the paper quality isn't as thick as I was expecting for the cost. What I wish was disclosed on the product page is that nothing is in order. If I write out my to-dos and goals and important dates for January, I don't want to flip through the remaining 11 months to get to the actual planner (week view). It would make way more sense to group everything together by month so you can start each month listing out the dates & goals, and then go into next month with those in mind as you get through your weeks. Instead you have to flip around. I took a chance on this planner and I am already regretting it. I have no clue if it's returnable because it's monogrammed.”

Thank you for your message, I’m so sorry to hear you don’t like the setup of the 2022 diary! Our 2021 diary did have the monthly to dos and goals grouped with the month, however this led to some dates being replicated as the to dos and goals split the months unevenly. We made the decision to revert back to our original layout (where the monthly goals and to do's are grouped together at the start of the diary and no dates are replicated) for our 2022 Diaries as we received a high volume of feedback from people who preferred this layout.
