The travel books I purchashed were very good quality and I loved the option to personalize! The options for covers were so cute and made a great gift! The shipping was very quick as well and came wrapped very nicely! Would get again!

Hardcover seem very high quality and nice! But the spiral, while priced sensibly the same, seems of much lesser quality and much more fragile.

I love these planners and buy one every year. They’re always so beautiful and well-made. I did deduct one star for this year because it’s the first year the Papier logo is on the front near your name and you cannot take it off. I feel that detracts from their old-world charm and personalization and there is already a prominent logo on the back.

While I enjoyed the concept of the planner and loved being able to add my vision board to the front and back covers, I’m not happy that almost all the tips of the pages came dirty!! Especially since it was considered custom and had to wait longer for it to arrive. I do have other Papier products purchased instore at Nordstrom that came in great quality. I would probably prefer to just pick up in person. Just thought it was neat to be able to customize the pictures to be my vision board so I ordered one from the Papier website this year.

Ordered a framed collage of my son. Slight issue with the first order. Melissa in customer service was outstanding. Replied within minutes, was apologetic and arranged a perfect replacement. They also arranged collection of the faulty product so they could understand what went wrong and rectify it. Excellent customer service and replacement product was great.

I love the quality of the paper so much. When I write, it doesn’t imprint on the other side, it stays neat. I also love the organization.

Was a gift for family. Came in nice packaging and in great condition. Paper and cover seemed like good quality. They loved it. Also cool touch I was able to customize and add their name to the cover.

My wellness journal arrived more than a week later than estimated. However, customer service was good with refunding the shipping fee for this delay. This was nice but what was upsetting was that the wellness journal that I received was not the same as the one that I ordered. The inside is nothing even close to the one that is advertised when you click “look inside” on the website. After talking with customer service they have offered to completely refund my order as there was reportedly a printing error with my item. I appreciate the great customer service!

In the past, (about 3 years ago) I ordered The Secret Garden Foiled journal for myself. I recently repurchased it, personalised, as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately the quality has diminished so significantly, it may have been a one-off, but the journal print was slanted, the gold-foiling that used to be really classy and delicate is now gaudy, raised and tinny. I was surprised and disappointed.

I ordered 100 holiday cards to send to my clients. I received the cards with poor color/print quality around the perimeter of every one. I contacted customer service. The options were to send a new batch of cards or refund me 20%. How does a paper company send me a poor quality paper item? I was Very disappointed with the quality and the 20% refund to remedy their problem. I was Not going to wait for another batch to ship to potentially have the same problem. How will you prevent this from happening in the future?

I have ordered a daily planner from Papier every December for over 4 years, and I will keep it up! I love the designs and being able to add my own name to the front. I also love the website and how you can "flip" through the pages because I'm very particular about layout.
