“I haven’t received two items I ordered almost a mont ago, on December 12. The UPS tracking hasn’t been updated either so I don’t know if my two journals are lost or if they’ll appear halfway through March.”

“I thought the cards I ordered were nice, but the price was way too high for what I am comfortable spending. Again, nice cards and good service, but next time I will research less expensive options.”

“I love my Papier yearly planners and last ordered in 2022. When I placed my order for my 2025 planner, I anticipated minimal changes as the website didn’t reflect much difference in planners of prior years. Upon receiving my 2025 planner, the daily spaces to write in were smaller and the calendars were labeled with an abundance of holidays, etc. It would be a great option to omit holidays, etc. on the monthly calendar portion of the planner as it takes up space. If customers could also be afforded more space in the daily sections, it would be beneficial and more appealing for future purchases.”

“This is my 4th year using the daily calendar. It is an invaluable tool as I am still old school in writing all my events down vs putting them on my phone. It gets thrown in my bag and has coffee stains all over and the little champ holds up all year! To say I love it, is an understatement!”

“I was expected much better quality paper based on the reviews and the price. I’ve had $10 planners that have thicker paper. I also think it’s not clear when purchasing that the month overviews for the entire year come first then a monthly plan for the entire year then the weeks. I wish there was a way to customize the order and have it each month at a time. Overall I don’t think I’ll be purchasing again. The additional monthly planning pages and lack of quality paper are not worth the price.”

“From start to finish the process was so easy to collate the order and must say that the products we received are first class. This was made so much better the fact you can personalise these products. My daughter loved her new recipe book and address book for there new house. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Everything is amazing quality. I ordered 2 2025 weekly diary’s that are beautiful and also a personalised calendar. I expected the picture quality on the calendar to be a little grainy or not exactly how it looked online, however the quality of the images is fantastic exactly how it looks on the camera/phone/website. Have been waiting for a long time to order from papier as it’s not exactly cheap and I’m honestly so glad I did!”

“I have ordered from Papier in the past and the hardcover bound planners/etc. are much better quality than the spiral. I wish the cover and backing was a little sturdier. All of there stuff is so beautiful though, I would just rather have the hardcover.”

“I ordered a calendar for my daughter for Christmas-not personalized-just a calendar. I wanted to exchange it for the bigger size and was told I could not because it was personalized. I wrote a reply back stating it was not and why can’t it be exchanged and I’ve gotten no reply at all. Stuck with this calender”
