I had such high hopes for this planner, so I was very disappointed in the quality. It is so flimsy that the cover was already somewhat bent when I received it and the paper is so thin that even with a light pen, the ink bleeds through to the other side of the paper, making each new page already look horrible. Plus, with no tabs or organizing system or even a bookmark for the current week, I had to order separate organization tabs because otherwise it's completely impossible to find what page I'm on. I do not understand the hype at all. This was the most expensive planner I've purchased so I expected decent quality but it is by far the worst, most cheaply made planner I've ever had. Save yourself the money!

We're so sorry to hear you weren't pleased with your order! Our spiral planners are softcover so they are a little more flexible and don't contain a ribbon. It sounds like our hardcover planner might be more suitable for your needs and the backing is sturdier as it has a ribbon to keep your place. Papier Customer Service Team

I’ve ordered my diary from Papier for the last 4 years. My order was late due to their supplier issue - these things happen and I was assured it would be sent to me 2 days later. I then did not receive it- emailed support and then was notified it had been dispatched after I sent the last email. I was then informed that my parcel was being sent back to Papier. I am moving to Singapore and asked if they could send it to Singapore. I was asked to cover the cost of this which I felt was unfair ( more than double the cost of uk shipping) as the failure of the order to arrive on time was due to the company. Overall poor service and would not recommended in case you run into an issue.

I ordered a customized hardcover note and I have to be honest, it's pretty disappointing. The color and layout met my expectations, and I actually like how it looks. However, I noticed that something was off when I first saw it, and it was the cover that was poorly made and folded. Also, the endpaper on both front and back is poorly cut and placed. If this was handmade by someone who just likes to make it for a hobby or something, I would probably accept it, but paying for this from a business is a different situation. Overall, I don't think it was worth the price I paid for.

The new layout for the 2024 Planners is so disappointing. I'm in law school with multiple assignments/meetings/events every day during the week. With the old design, I had room to write them all down. Now, the area for each day is so much smaller, and I can't fit all that I need to have done. Meanwhile, half a page is wasted with empty space for the weekends. I have been using Papier for years, and I probably shouldn't be this upset about a planner, but it's just lame when you find a product you love and rely on and then it's changed for the worse. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD LAYOUT. I beg you, for my sanity.

We developed our refreshed 2024 planner due to customer feedback on our 2023 planners, asking for the inclusion of key dates to allow them to better plan and organise their weeks and months. We also made small formatting tweaks to give the planner a cleaner and less cluttered look. My order arrived on time, packing was nice, and the overall designs they offer are quite attractive. However, with my particular purchase I found that the colours on the cover were dull and the overall placement on the cover was poor considering the price for these books. Inside the paper is thick but see through, and I found only particular pens could be used on the paper as the lines would get choppy with gel pens. These are all minor grievances, however, for the price I expected better. I also do not see these issues being resolved in the future. Personally I would not repurchase and was not worth the amount I paid.

Good: I feel the ink is smooth on your paper. Bad: I can see through the words from the other side of paper. I thought it should be a high quality paper because it is smooth and not that thin, but the ink can go through Layout is the biggest issue. I expect this for a while cuz planner is important to me. But I didn’t expect your layout was like putting all month grid together and then daily planner. I mean, does it make any sense? Why you not out the month calendar summary right before those daily planner notes? When it came to each month, I need to go to previous pages to find specific month?? Even it doesn’t make sense, and I have to start write the content from almost half of this notebook, it’s fine. The biggest issue is, if you doesn’t sell any spiral notebooks, you should know it is uncomfortable for users to write down stuff on left side compared to writing right side. Because the notebook can be flatter while writing on right side. But you layout Monday to Thursday on the left side, which is the harder writing half, I mean, who need to write more plans on weekends than weekdays?? People use planner for efficiency. No matter for course learning or work. It’s so annoying for me to see I have to stand the difficult writing experience on most of days in my week. And the easier writing half is basically blank.

Quality and design is nice, but layout is bizarre! There are year overviews, month overviews, month goals, and week overviews. But... they're not together. All the month overviews are arranged together, then all the monthly goal pages, then all the week overviews. If I want to plan my goals for January, get an overview of the month, and then plan week by week, I have to flip to THREE different sections of the planner. I have never encountered a planner organized this way, it makes no sense. Will probably repurchase a different planner.

I had my shipment fufilled by FedEx instead of USPS. I paid extra for expedited shipping only to have it be sitting at the my local FedEx for 1 entire week. When I call FedEx, they are blaming Papier and vice versa. The shipment has been an entire nightmare and I'd like to have my shipping refunded because FedEx can't do that.

Love the personalization. Disappointed in the paper. My pens bleed through the pages (papermate flair, Pigma microns, and even see some pencil through the paper!) and post it notes tear the surface of the paper when removed. I've used the Passion Planner for several years but wanted to move on to something classier. Papier has the style but the paper could be improved.

I love the different options of prints for each planner and the free personalization. However, the layout is not efficient, and this makes it not worth the price. I’ve been using mine for the last two weeks, and it’s a hassle to flip through all the pages just to get to the overview of the month. I wish it had tabs included, or at least had the month in the beginning of each four week period. In addition, the cover of the paper back copies are not thick whatsoever. I’m constantly worried that the cover is going to bend, whereas the soft covers I would get from Marshall’s were difficult to bend. I don’t believe I will be purchasing again, or until they make some improvements.

My book was a gift. It came in the wrong color with no gift card or note as to who gifted it to me. I contacted Papier only for them to tell me for security reasons they can’t tell me who sent it. It was their error in the first place. I now had to ask several relatives if they sent me, my gifted book. Very embarrassing! Papier did nothing about the wrong color book sent. Think twice about using this company.

I ordered a 2024 planner at the end of December, and have yet to recieve it,WEEKS LATER, in mid-January. Tracking is unavailable; the year is passing by rapidly, and I have NO PLANNER, thus making my review impossible.

The customer service at Papier is top notch! I received my planner with a funky binding and emailed them just to let them know but wasn’t expecting a new one because it wasn’t a big deal to me, more so just wanted them to know for production. Without hesitation they sent me a brand new one! I was so impressed and happy with their quick and excellent customer support. Also extremely happy with my purchase! The planner is so cute, good quality, and perfect for my needs! Money well spent :D thank you Papier team!

Cover was printed offset, not center, and they say the binding counts as part of design. This is a terrible excuse and any designer will tell you so. I tried to reorder a coil binding and they are all sold out. Ridiculous.

I love the planner eve though the pages are thin. The layout of the planner is great. The 2 stars is for the $16 rollerball pen. While it is beautiful and heavy/expensive feeling, the ink skips and keeps skipping. It also has a scratchy feeling when you write. Ordering a pen elsewhere

I would give zero stars if that was an option. Papier messed up my order which delayed us in getting our wedding invites out. It took them 3 days to come up with a resolution for what was a design issue on their end (the website image/proof I depicted something different than how it was designed/printed). They credited back what I had originally paid for the item, however, that did not cover the full cost of the product total for the redo (perhaps there was a discount when I ordered it). They were not able to redo it- I had to spend more of my time recreating the same item. THEN, they did not include a credit for expedited shipping - which I had originally paid for. So I now end up paying $45 more for my order due to their mistake, spending hours dealing with their unfortunate customer service team, and now feeling extremely unsettled by the fact that I wanted all of my wedding paper products to match and not trusting Papier to deliver. They did not offer a discount or any further credit for their mistake. I would not trust them when they say happiness guarantee. Please see the image of the proof and what I received below. The flower was designed to be in the middle of the invite, but their website showed it as depicted in the proof.

I received a gift card for my birthday as I am known to live by my bullet journal. My bujo for 2024 arrived a few days early and I was delighted at how beautiful it is… only to be extremely disappointed with the paper quality. The paper is very thin and see through- half the weight of my very inexpensive bujo from local craft store and Amazon. I’m utterly bummed.

I really wanted to love Papier. But the planner I ordered is flimsy and the paper is see through. I can see the ink through the other side of the paper as well as the pen marks from me writing on my schedule. The color of the pages is also an off white color so if you make a mistake, you can white it out or it looks messy. It looks really pretty till you touch it and find out it’s really low quality.
