“Shockingly amazed. The books were actually printed with my kids names and they were correct spelling. Thank god too, these books are gorgeous and beautiful. I can’t wait to fill them with them and have these books be carried on for years.”

“I ordered two framed prints as Christmas presents which were ordered well in advance. They arrived mid-December and both were damaged (cracked glass and damaged frame). I contacted customer services and while they were helpful, they offered me either a 20% refund (ridiculous!) or a replacement. I asked for a replacement and was assured they would arrive on 21st December so that I had them before Christmas. They still have not arrived (6th January) and the tracking link they sent me doesn’t go anywhere. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product and the service.”

“Loved my pocket diary from last year so ordered a full sized one in the same design for this year, sadly the paper in the regular sized diary is so thin and see through. I love to use paint pens and markers to decorate and it's already leaked through to the next week you can even see regular biro right through, my 2023 diary didn't do this. I wouldn't recommend, I don't want to waste this one so will likely keep using it but definitely won't be returning next year. Look elsewhere if you're after quality paper!”

“Delivery was a little long, I ordered 12/22, didn't ship until 12/27 & received 01/05, but understandable because mine was personalized & it was the Holidays. Was just hoping to receive it before or on New Year. However, I was quite disappointed when it came dented on front and sides with black dirt specks all over it, as there was minimal packaging to secure. I am all for minimal packaging to save the planet, but I would still hope it's secure enough to have the product come undamaged. Overall, the planner design is gorgeous, pages are very thick, and layout is functional.”

“We only received one of three planners so I emailed Papier. The representative was very nice, professional and got back to me right away. I needed to change the delivery address as I was going back home and she credited my account and gave me free delivery. I was using the day designer planners but found them too bulky and had a lot of pages I wasn't using. The papier planners are smaller in length than I thought but the hard cover is durable which is exactly what I need. Will continue to buy papier planners.”

“Love Papier wellness journals I’ve bought a bunch of them for myself and for friends over the years. The recent one I bought had changed the format of the journal , not sure how I feel about it yet I will have to try and see.”

“Good: On the weekly view, I like that Saturday and Sunday are the same size as Monday through Friday. Bad: The paper is sheer and you can see writing through the pages.”

“I purchased the extra thick note cards and daily planners as gifts and was very happy with both the design and quality. I had to reach out to customer service for a couple mistakes that I made on my orders and not only were they were polite and prompt in their communication but they went above and beyond my expectations in helping me solve the issue. “I bought this as a gift and she loved it. I thought the book was going to be bigger(I was thinking lily pulitzer planner size) but it’s my fault for not looking at the measurements. Overall very happy and already looking to order more”
