“We bought my daughter a student planner for Christmas. She loved it! When I saw the quality of the product, I bought one for myself with my name on it, and I love it too! I like how so much that was put into even the packaging.”

“My experience was below average. I ordered two sets of note cards. One is satisfactory but the printing on the return envelope isn’t very good. I am extremely disappointed in the second set of notecards. My name at the top of the card is in such a small font it’s almost unreadable. My address was also left off. Shipping takes forever so if you’re in a rush choose a method other than economy.”

“Love what we’ve had from Papier, my only complaint would be that the hook has been placed in the wrong orientation of one of our photos. But the print quality is great and the frames are exactly what we wanted”

“My order should have arrived days ago and I have found out by a bot that it hasn't even been dispatched. I am now going to be nearly a whole month behind on a 2024 diary that may take another week or more to get here, because I can't get in contact with anyone to see what has happened to my order. Gutted after a rare treat for myself.”

“Placed an order at the start of Jan, didn't expect it to turn up for a few days. Sometime later I got in touch to find out what was going on, no response. Tried using the online chat, it said no operators available but it would create a ticket for me and send a confirmation. Didn't receive anything, got in touch again, repeat. Trumped up print on demand shop pretending to be French, bit of a joke really. These guys are just resellers, they don't produce anything themselves. It's an exercise in branding, buy elsewhere.”

“I'm so disappointed. Firstly my order took ages to arrive and only did eventually arrive after having to chase it up. Anyway my diary finally did arrive yesterday and I'm so disappointed with the quality, the paper is so thin you can see the writing quite clearly through the other side! What an absolute waste of almost £30. I treat myself every year to a lovely diary/planner this was my first and last Papier one.”
