“My order should have arrived days ago and I have found out by a bot that it hasn't even been dispatched. I am now going to be nearly a whole month behind on a 2024 diary that may take another week or more to get here, because I can't get in contact with anyone to see what has happened to my order. Gutted after a rare treat for myself.”

“Placed an order at the start of Jan, didn't expect it to turn up for a few days. Sometime later I got in touch to find out what was going on, no response. Tried using the online chat, it said no operators available but it would create a ticket for me and send a confirmation. Didn't receive anything, got in touch again, repeat. Trumped up print on demand shop pretending to be French, bit of a joke really. These guys are just resellers, they don't produce anything themselves. It's an exercise in branding, buy elsewhere.”

Your order is currently in production and you'll receive an email as soon as it ships with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on it! “I'm so disappointed. Firstly my order took ages to arrive and only did eventually arrive after having to chase it up. Anyway my diary finally did arrive yesterday and I'm so disappointed with the quality, the paper is so thin you can see the writing quite clearly through the other side! What an absolute waste of almost £30. I treat myself every year to a lovely diary/planner this was my first and last Papier one.”

“I ordered a personalised diary for my mother’s birthday and it was perfect! Colours were vibrant and pages were smooth, overall perfect! Delivery didn’t take ages, and the wait was soooo worth it! 100% recommend !!”

“I hate that they redesigned what's inside the wellness journals. I loved being able to write about my meals of the day. The new design looks like some cheap 5-minute journal from Amazon. I love getting new designs each year but messing with what's on the inside is so lame and corny. Bring back the old wellness journal outline :/”

“Ordered 27 Dec 2023. Was told it should arrive 4th Jan. Received notification after 6pm 3rd Jan to say item dispatched. It is nlw 8th and tracking states that Royal Mail are still awaiting to receive the package from Papier. Husband ordered something from them too and is still waiting, not even dispatched yet. Not sure what's going on as usually very goos service”

“Ordering my yearly Papier planner has become a tradition for me. I found the company in 2020 and have proudly paraded around my Papier planners ever since. I've put family and friends onto them and want everyone to use them! I love that you can put your name on them, add personal quotes and choose from various fonts, font sizes, positioning, and color, which I definitely use as it's offered. These journals and planners are top quality and hold up throughout the year with little damage to their edges (but the gold detail that some of these come with WILL wear off - make no mistake). As a once-a-year purchase, the higher price can be easily justified if you have it to spare in your budget just for the amount of customization, the quality, the spread, and designs.”
