“I ordered a personalised diary for my mother’s birthday and it was perfect! Colours were vibrant and pages were smooth, overall perfect! Delivery didn’t take ages, and the wait was soooo worth it! 100% recommend !!”

“I hate that they redesigned what's inside the wellness journals. I loved being able to write about my meals of the day. The new design looks like some cheap 5-minute journal from Amazon. I love getting new designs each year but messing with what's on the inside is so lame and corny. Bring back the old wellness journal outline :/”

“Ordered 27 Dec 2023. Was told it should arrive 4th Jan. Received notification after 6pm 3rd Jan to say item dispatched. It is nlw 8th and tracking states that Royal Mail are still awaiting to receive the package from Papier. Husband ordered something from them too and is still waiting, not even dispatched yet. Not sure what's going on as usually very goos service”

“Ordering my yearly Papier planner has become a tradition for me. I found the company in 2020 and have proudly paraded around my Papier planners ever since. I've put family and friends onto them and want everyone to use them! I love that you can put your name on them, add personal quotes and choose from various fonts, font sizes, positioning, and color, which I definitely use as it's offered. These journals and planners are top quality and hold up throughout the year with little damage to their edges (but the gold detail that some of these come with WILL wear off - make no mistake). As a once-a-year purchase, the higher price can be easily justified if you have it to spare in your budget just for the amount of customization, the quality, the spread, and designs.”

“Ordered my wedding invites from Papier, and they are truly a work of art. The price is definitely justified because they are so beautiful. We elected to add addresses prints on envelopes for an additional charge and it made the whole thing so seamless. We received our order and then posted the invites all within a week, such a quick turn around! Definitely going to order wedding signs and such because the products are gorgeous”

“I ordered two framed prints as Christmas presents which were ordered well in advance. They arrived mid-December and both were damaged (cracked glass and damaged frame). I contacted customer services and while they were helpful, they offered me either a 20% refund (ridiculous!) or a replacement. I asked for a replacement and was assured they would arrive on 21st December so that I had them before Christmas. They still have not arrived (6th January) and the tracking link they sent me doesn’t go anywhere. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product and the service.”

“Loved my pocket diary from last year so ordered a full sized one in the same design for this year, sadly the paper in the regular sized diary is so thin and see through. I love to use paint pens and markers to decorate and it's already leaked through to the next week you can even see regular biro right through, my 2023 diary didn't do this. I wouldn't recommend, I don't want to waste this one so will likely keep using it but definitely won't be returning next year. Look elsewhere if you're after quality paper!”

“Delivery was a little long, I ordered 12/22, didn't ship until 12/27 & received 01/05, but understandable because mine was personalized & it was the Holidays. Was just hoping to receive it before or on New Year. However, I was quite disappointed when it came dented on front and sides with black dirt specks all over it, as there was minimal packaging to secure. I am all for minimal packaging to save the planet, but I would still hope it's secure enough to have the product come undamaged. Overall, the planner design is gorgeous, pages are very thick, and layout is functional.”

“We only received one of three planners so I emailed Papier. The representative was very nice, professional and got back to me right away. I needed to change the delivery address as I was going back home and she credited my account and gave me free delivery. I was using the day designer planners but found them too bulky and had a lot of pages I wasn't using. The papier planners are smaller in length than I thought but the hard cover is durable which is exactly what I need. Will continue to buy papier planners.”
