“The site was easy to navigate and the product came exactly as it looked. I loved the attention to detail in the packaging. It was nicely wrapped in tissue paper and the pattern on the paper matched the shipping box (which was hard to miss!). Paper quality was very nice.”

“Paid for express delivery due to a relative being unwell in hospital. Was advised that deliveries were delayed and so requested a refund of the express delivery charge. Never heard back. It’s a shame as have always had a great experience of Papier until now.”

“The packaging and designs are 5/5. Beautiful but the paper the font etc is very hard to read the calendar months and dates. It would be better to use a darker font and have tabs to separate the months and goals and daily reminders.”
