“I always order a personalised calendar as a family Christmas present. It’s always an easy process to follow and delivery is always speedy. For the first time, there was a minor error with calendar dates which was dealt with very well by your customer service team (namely Maya). Thank you!”

“Awful experience really. I ordered a personalised diary with my name engraved on it and a pen. There was an attempt at delivery on Xmas eve morning whilst I was at work and the package was sent back. I contacted Papier to ask for a re-delivery and was told that this item that was personalised with my name was no longer available. Unsure where it would have gone really. Have been told I would get a full refund but this is awaiting”

“I am such a fan but I cannot believe the deterioration in quality from last year to this year on the diary. The paper is much thinner and the cover is also thinner and flimsier. I am so disappointed and I will not be buying again. These diaries are expensive but worth it if the paper is beautiful but if it’s just a flimsy bit of normal white paper then it is not good enough!”

“This isn't the first time I've ordered from Papier, and I've always been happy with the product. I bought this as a christmas gift - it's such a nice way of elevating a day to day item. They really liked it and I was overall very happy. Unfortunately, I paid for express shipping and was told in a couple of emails that my purchase would arrive on a certain date, which wasn't the case. My purchase hadn't even been dispatched by the date it was said to arrive, which was annoying because I'd paid to have it arrive to my flat before I went home for christmas. However, the customer service was fantastic and they managed to change the delivery address. I can't fault the customer service.”

“My planner came on in the time scale. Good quality i.e feel, colour, and the print (personal pictures printed on the cover). My dad was happy with his gift. Packaging was protective. I would definitely recommend buying from Papier and I would to in the further. What you see in their advertisements is exactly what you get.”

“A beautiful book, the only thing that let it down was your delivery, this was a Christmas gift that got left behind because it didn’t arrive on the specified date. If you have offered a Friday delivery don’t post it on Thursday on a 48 hour delivery service. Service is important too not just the product.”
