“This is my 2nd year in a row ordering my planner from here and I absolutely love them! I’ve since ordered several notebooks and note card gifts too. Instead of 15% discounts here and there, I am suggesting a rewards system where you accumulate points towards discounts because the percentage off expires pretty quickly!”

“I love both of my personalized items I purchased from Papier ! (Journal & 2025 planner) I love how the back of the planner has grid pages , lined pages and so forth. The paper does not bleed through which is very important regarding a planner and paper quality. I love them ! The art on the front of the planner is beautiful and of great quality 🖤This was my second time making an order and I will continue to do so throughout the years ! 🖤”

“I ordered a memory book for my dad’s 80 th birthday party. The estimated delivery date was 2 days before his birthday . It is now 11 days since I ordered the book and have now been told delivery will be delayed due to a supply issue. I was told yesterday it was to be dispatched today so communication is very poor and I’m extremely disappointed”

“I got this for a friend as a gift. She LOVED it. Quality and Fun Personalization I did was spot on perfect. I ordered one originally which was stolen from mailroom and Xmas was right around the corner. I reordered with personalization and updated the shipping a bit, but to my excitement was received even a few days early and still before xmas. (and in a fun fed ex envelope). Customer Service, quality, and website were Fantastic ~ I highly recommend and will use again. Thanks for saving xmas :)”

“Excellent customer service! I ordered a personalized planner for my sister-in-law as a gift, but it got lost in the mail. Papier handled my inquiry very quickly and offered to print a new one, and ship it directly to her with priority. I also have previously ordered one for myself, and I am very happy with the quality.”

“Disappointing quality and less than stellar customer service solutions. I ordered a 365 day planner, customized it, used it for about 2 days and the pages holding the cover on have already started tearing and I had to tape the binding together. Emailed customer support, they can’t replace it because they are sold out and offered a small discount (~$7) Frustrating when you get excited about a purchase pay ~$40 and they won’t even stand by the product.”

“Ordered 2 journals and 2 pens at start of December, only one journal arrived in time for Xmas. I received an email to confirm that The other journal was “delayed” a day or two due to unforeseen printing error, it’s now 7th January and I’ve not received the journal or pens (surely these could’ve been sent with the journal that did make it in time for Xmas?) No updates offered by papier, I have had to chase this end and have been told the same thing, no update on when it’ll be dispatched. I’ve finally asked if I can choose a different design to maybe get sooner? The pens I wanted are now out of stock. Tbh I’d not order again, I recommend passion planner instead.”
