“Very pleased. Can’t always tell the quality on line but as good as I hoped. Would prefer if there was a Royal Mail delivery but in this instance the courier service worked well. All good”

“I was thrilled with both the quality of the product I received (a customized cookbook) and the customer service. The customer service representatives were prompt and efficient. I had accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, and upon realizing that, they immediately shipped a new one to me at no additional charge.”

“Bought two notebooks as Christmas presents (one, specifically requested). Not seen Papier before this. Delivery seemed delayed, but accept gifts were personalised & it was Christmas. Nice enough, but expensive for what they were”

“I get a new planner from them every year! I love the deisgns and the ability to customize. 12/10 expereince always! Last year I ordered the wrong planner type and reached out to customer service and they helped me right away! Very happy!”

“My daughter asks for a new personalised diary every year, she loves them. They come nicely packaged and a good choice of patterns. It’s quite difficult adding a name to the template and would have liked to be able to make the name larger. Quite expensive but for a years worth of use it’s money well spent.”

“I have ordered my holiday cards from Papier for years. There are so many wonderful designs that it's hard to pick just one! My friends and family comment about how fun our cards are each year. The editing process is simple and easy. I do wish shipping was free or cheaper.”

“I was really excited to receive my order of custom photo calendars, but I was extremely disappointed with the final product. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet my expectations of Papier. If I could give zero stars, I would. Here’s why: I ordered three custom calendars for my family before the holidays, and while they did arrive on time, the quality was far from acceptable. First, the month of June was completely blank—none of the images I uploaded were included, which was incredibly frustrating but somewhat manageable. Second, the months of July and December had the dates all wrong, making the calendars unusable. I will definitely be warning those around me not to order from Papier, especially for custom products. While I did appreciate the friendly customer service, the poor production quality and lack of attention to detail make me feel that this company isn’t worth anyone’s time or money.”

“I love Papier, their notebooks are so pretty and beautiful designed with durable and strong paper. The spacing of the dotted notebooks is just what i like, as too spacey pages drives me a bit crazy. However, I actually ended up creating my own planner for this year because the ordinary planner does not offer enough space for me to make notes about my everyday tasks at work. I also found myself only really using the week planner, as flipping back and forth between monthly to-dos was too overwhelming and would rather have it all in one place at the start of each month. but I didn't mind creating my own planner, it was enjoyable and left room for creative expression”
