“Terrible communication and experience that will always remind me that my husband didn’t receive his 60th Birthday Present. There was not even a shadow of understanding and empathy, when making the complaint. No mention of compensating my time I wasted putting photo album together or my husband’s disappointment. The album has never arrived and I don’t believe it has ever gone to production. I Do NOT recommend!”

“The custom book I ordered and reviewed did not submit properly and was printed with the standard initials on it instead of our initials. It also had empty pages, so disappointing. It was also delivered over a week later than it was originally stated it would arrive.”

“Much cheaper paper and cover than expected. I think the hype around the brand made me think it would be better. The planner had lots of totally pointless pages, and the structure is only for people who think really loosely/freely. Prefer a regular diary on reflection. Went in the recycling.”

“Finally! Paper products I can love wholeheartedly, because of the ideal combo of stunning cover artworks, personalisation heaven, quality paper and materials, as well as actually useful and thought-provoking content pages within those covers. Too often I'm disappointed on one or more of these factors, so it's really a sigh of relief to find Papier, and will happily be buying more in the future!”

“Ordered the mini photo book for valentines. Initial problem with delivery bring delayed but was sorted promptly and upgraded to next day delivery for free so recieved the item on said delivery date. The mini photo book was absolutely gorgeous and of very good quality. Would definitely recommend”
