“I’m so upset because this was a gift! I put the names I want on the order which was Steven & Anna. When I received the order it had someone else name on it. And Yes I did put the name on the order that I wanted!!!!!!!! Not very happy with my order it’s just heartbreaking that someone can take advantage of someone. I just don’t know what happened with this order. SAD!!!! It was not cheap I’m stuck with a book I can not give as a gift!”

“I love the variety of types of products and the designs. I also love the ability to customize it. The wellness journal gives me information that I didn't know I needed. And I also purchased a blank notebook that allows me to create whatever I like.”

“Love love love Papier. My go to for cards and photo books! Everything is always so beautifully presented and chic. I love to send my cards straight to the recipient and love that I can add a sweet treat. Papier has been consistent in everything from their packaging to their customer service for the 6+ years that I’ve been a customer and I really value that!”

“We had an issue with a misspelling on our order due to a template being set up that way. Papier resolved the issue in about 24 hours and we were credited money to our account! Customer service was top tier.”

“Absolutely beautiful!! I have ordered 2 books myself and one for a gift. So many designs to choose from and amazing you can personalise for free. Anyone that loves stationary should have at least one papier product. Cannot recommend the style and quality enough! This time I got the strawberry design with the spiral binding and was just so impressed at the quality. Truly beautiful.”
