“We used Papier for our wedding album. I found the layouts really easy to use and loved what we put together. However on receipt the quality is very poor. The photos uploaded are a very high resolution, but the printing is streaky, grainy and dull. We spent £200+ so can’t afford to do it again with a different company. So disappointing.”

“I’m delighted with the photo books I ordered for my son’s wedding. It was so easy to use the program and the quality of the book was excellent. I’ve previously ordered photos with frames and they too were very nice quality. I’ll be ordering more photos with frames to match my collection.”

“HUGE thank you to Danielle on the customer service team that was emailing me past 10pm after I ordered a personalised product with the wrong date not once, or twice but 3 times!! She was so friendly, understanding and patient, cancelling the wrong orders and even refunding me the difference when I used a promo code.”

“I wanted to love the invitations but the border on the sample was larger on one side than the other. For the cost of the invitations I couldn’t risk purchasing and having them all be like that so unfortunately I had to go with another company.”

“I ordered a photo book, with linen cover. It was a 70th birthday gift for a very lovely friend and I was anxious because I had never ordered anything fomr Papier before. Anyway, there was absolutely no need for anxiety at all - the book is beautiful. The cover looks and feels stylish / special, the paper and print quality is high and overall the design process was quite easy. The only extra thing I would like to have had was a few page templates that would allow more written content. My friend was moved to tears by the book, she loved it, and I will certainly use the sevice again.”

“Terrible experience - do not order if you live in Australia! I ordered my wedding album in January and it’s now 5 April and it’s still not been delivered, after I have been contacting their customer service since February (when it was first meant to arrive). I think their customer service is a bot as it doesn’t respond to specific questions or apologise which adds to the frustration, they also take a long time to reply to emails. I ordered another one and sent to my parents in the UK and they received without any issues. As it’s my wedding album and it took me a long time to curate I still really want it and I’m desperate for their team to help/investigate and solve the issue..”

“I’m thrilled with my experience ordering from Papier! After being gifted one of their pens and journals last Christmas, which I absolutely loved, I couldn’t resist coming back for more. Although I was disappointed to miss out on their Black Friday sale (had I known about it earlier!), I decided to order a gift box set along with an additional pen and refills. Unfortunately, my order was lost in the mail, but Papier’s customer service exceeded my expectations. They promptly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement, which arrived quickly. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction has made me an even bigger fan of their brand. Looking forward to ordering more beautiful stationery in the future!”

“I ordered a photobook of my wedding photos. These were high resolution images shot by a professional photographer. The product I received was pretty poor quality. Images were blurry and pixelated. I was told my images were low resolution and has caused the issue which was not true. To give credit where it is due the two customer service agents I dealt with were both very helpful and I received a full refund very quickly. I had been very excited to receive my product but was left very disappointed. I can't recommend Papier at all.”

“I’m sad. My save the dates (first time around) were printed badly which I intended to return but haven’t got around to it… so I ordered a new round of them which came out right. Then we order wedding invites and we send them out only to be told they weren’t printed correctly a week later and they’re sending new ones. Terrible experience.”
