“Planners… you know, have, like, you know… a whole year! I got the productivity planner so I can be ‘productive’ and keep track of my goals and plans for the WHOLE year… but for my monthly overview I realized I only have four monthly overviews. I guess I didn’t understand the description of this productive planner and even double check it. Papier I would make your communication CLEAR on what these items are SUPPOSED to be and serve. I’m actually really disappointed in this, because I was super excited for this productive planner! Now I just wasted ALOT of money and decided this is going to be my last time shopping here.”

“I used papier to create some photobooks from my wedding. I liked the user interface when preparing the photobooks, it was easy to put together especially in comparison to other companies' websites. The layouts and designs of the photobooks were slick and tasetful. However, I found the printing to fall short - there were printing speckles on some of the photobooks and the print quality should have been much better for the price. This is something I brought to customer service, and they were professional and quick in their response which I appreciated. Overall, a good experience but room for improvement for the end product.”

“I made a mistake on my photo album book by not changing the names on the photo book to mine and my partners, I emailed them asking if there’s anything I could do and they credited the money back to me! Not many companies would do this is as it was my mistakes but they was kind enough to do it, absolutely saved me and made my day couldn’t recommend more!”

“The quality of the album is very poor. I wouldn't pay more than £5 for it. The only reason you have 2 stars is because the customer service was quick and good. The agent was responsive, helpful and gave a good solution to my issue. But the actual quality of the product is sadly way below acceptable”

“Impressed with the standard of paper and image quality but the optional edits where there is prompts such as or “delete if you prefer l”where printed on our end product . Really took the shine off something nice Now maybe I should have taken more care but clearly the end user wouldn’t want these text in their product and think more attention to detail should be looked at .”

“I cannot rate Papier highly enough. I ordered save the dates and later wedding invitations. They were easy to design and add our photo to and quality was really good and delivered quickly. I made a mistake in the wedding invitations, my fault and they agreed to reprint which was an unbelievably kind gesture. I would highly recommend”

“First two orders I received had no backs to them. Third order I received had a back to it and the quality of the picture was terrible. Took about a month to get my items (regardless of express shipping) because of all the mistakes, and then was only reimbursed the shipping and a small part of my order. Was also told the new items would ship to me overnight and each time it took about a week. Really disappointed and will not be ordering or recommending again.”

“Since December I have ordered many times from Papier, I love this brand and the quality of the products is unmatched. My most recent order was for 3 x photobooks of my wedding, 2 of which were gifts for mothers day. Unfortuantely I got an email on the day they were due to be delivered saying there was a delay and I wouldn't recieve the order in time. I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded as I'd paid for express delivery & the customer service was great, they refunded the delivery and apologised for the inconvenience. Can't fault Papier at all, I wish more businesses operated the way they do!”
