“The most wonderful gift for my partner! Super premium and affordable even though you can personalise, which usually costs an arm and a leg. Also quicker delivery than was promised. “Omg!!! I love my new papier planners. I bought a few, one for business, one for personal and one to track fitness. I love the quality, the colorways and the customization. I would love to see one in the future that is dedicated to fitness gym girlies though. But i love the quality so much, cheaper than Erin Condren but soooo much better quality.”

“Despite inaccurate shipping dates, I’m pleased with most of what I bought. The notebooks I customized are beautiful and high quality, and I would certainly buy those again. The bookmarks and sticky tabs were also nice, can’t complain about that. The only thing is that I was rather disappointed in the pens and the highlighters. The pens looked nice, but they don’t write well. And the highlighters are just not what I wanted or hoped for. Based on the exterior components, I thought the colors would be light/retro colors but they’re just like normal highlighters. Wouldn’t recommend those.”

“Customer support was super helpful! We forgot to upload the address list for our wedding invitations. They were able to cancel the order, apply a credit, & helps us reorder so we didn't need to remake our invitations. The process was very simple and straightforward. Really appreciated their professionalism, kindness, and diligence!”

“I received great customer service, but I am convinced that whoever designed this planner has never actually used one in their day to day life. It makes no sense to have the months, monthly summaries/goal setting pages, and weekly pages all in separate thirds of the planner. I wrongly assumed that it would go goal setting, then month, and then the weekly spreads for that month. I’m having a hard time trying to figure out how I’ll use this or tab the different sections, but I am pretty disappointed. It’s an item I personalized, so I know that it’s not returnable. I’ve bought Papier items in person at various retailers and loved them, but this is my first time buying online. I love my name and credentials on the front, but I don’t see how I’ll be using this. I wish that Papier would allow reviews on their site so I could see what others thought. I understand that there is a virtual flip through, but I mistakenly believed that a brand of this quality would organize their planners in a logical manner.”
