“I’m sad. My save the dates (first time around) were printed badly which I intended to return but haven’t got around to it… so I ordered a new round of them which came out right. Then we order wedding invites and we send them out only to be told they weren’t printed correctly a week later and they’re sending new ones. Terrible experience.”

“My journal is beautiful and arrived looking just as I expected. However, when I opened the book, it was a wellness journal and not a reading journal as I had expected. I reached out to papier and they were extremely pleasant and responsive and sent me a corrected reading journal right away. The process was smooth and easy and I really appreciated the customer service!”

“Love what you do and the quality (and pricing is reasonable I think). A few issues - (1) your promo code did not get sent to me, (2) you should have it so that gold can be added regardless of size, (3) you should allow the title to also be on the side binding (in gold) no matter the size, and (4) an option (like artifact uprising) to do an album that is writeable, cloth cover, same size, etc. with the filters etc gold foil and color options (I didnt think you had the best color options but some good ones). But I am OBSESSED with our thank you cards from you OMG”
