I was super excited to order a photobook for my partners birthday and when it arrived I was extremely dissappointed. I ended up buying a different birthday gift as I was embarassed giving them the book as a gift due to the poor quality. Firstly, the front cover image was slanted and then the image quality of all of the photos were super grainy. I was surprised since all of the images in the book were taken on a DSLR and not a phone. I reached out to customer service about my faulty photobook and was not very happy with their response. I will not be buying from Papier in the future.

I ordered a customised diary for my business. A couple of weeks later I received an email stating their printers had issues (absolutely fine, these things happen) and they would deliver next day as soon as said issue was fixed. It’s now been 2 months and there has been no sign of the diary. I have spoken with customer service who apparently re-placed the order and it should have come this week. Still no sign of the diary. I am really disappointed as I really loved their journals and was going to order a few as Christmas presents for staff (and they aren’t exactly cheap). Just feels like a scam.

We received a decent product overall and would recommend it to others. However, if you're creating a photo book as a special gift, be aware that the quality control could be better. Our book arrived with 3-4 unexpected blank pages at both the beginning and the end of each book, even though the preview suggested there would only be one unfilled page. Additionally, we included a poem that appeared fine during the creation process online, but the printed version that we received had missing Unicode characters, showing up as a square with a question mark before each new line of the poem. This suggests that the book probably was not reviewed by a real person before shipping. While the product isn't bad, the quality issues - particularly the odd unicode/hex characters - left us feeling embarrassed when gifting it to the bride and groom.

I designed my own save-the-dates and wanted to print them through Papier. The upload process and instructions were very clear and easy. When my proof was sent to me, the trimming was off so I reached out to customer service. The rep verified it was not my fault and placed a new proof order. After waiting two weeks for the new proof I come to find out the proof was canceled without telling me. When I reached out again and ordered a new proof, it arrived and once again the trimming was off. After these two failed attempts and poor experience I decided to order my save the dates through a different company. Love Papier's other products but their printing isn't great sadly!

I’m sorry to say that I was so disappointed by the diary I ordered. Having googled for an A4 diary - this company popped up. I ordered one and it came as an A5. It doesn’t state the size of any diary unless you click on each one, scroll down and then click on size. I admit I should have looked more carefully but also the photo i used of my dog was bound on the diary but as the top of the picture folds over the top of the book it chopped the top of his head off. What a great waste of shy of £30 and a less than satisfactory response from Papier. Hopeless.

Excellent product. Excellent gift to give. Great pricing. If I had to change one thing: The website when it comes to personalizing the product. The texts, fonts and wording process needs to improve. I still love Papier!

Loved our save the dates from Papier and got so many compliments! We got samples from a few other sites too and Papier seemed the highest quality for the price point. Would recommend!

Ordered save the dates for my wedding, but when they showed up, there was nothing but a few envelopes inside the box. The box had barely been sealed and had opened during transit and most of its contents had been lost. Customer service was kind and responsive, and got the order reshipped right away. But when the replacements showed up, the edges were all damaged during transit as they were still not packaged well at all. Really disappointed.
