“I love Papier notebooks, I have about twenty of them for various projects, hobbies and work, I also love giving them as gifts. Simply, there is a wide range of designs to choose from, they can be personalised, they are excellent quality and they look beautiful sitting on my desk or bookshelf. “After ordering my new diary ( which should have gold foil - but didn’t) the next day you went into sale !!! No contact from you and I couldn’t contact you either to try and get my discount !! I am disappointed to be honest .”

“Nice quality and will last a long time. Compared to a previous journal I bought, there is less planning space and more daily space. The journal is thicker. I have to pair it with a calendar, but that's a good thing for me because I don't always have a daily plan. In the last journal, I skipped a couple of years then went back to it.”

“BEWARE! Papier do not recognise the consumer rights contained in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This entitles consumers to a refund if an item purchased on line is returned within 14 days provided it is not personalised. I have been refused a refund for a diary WHICH HAS NO PERSONALISATION and have only received patronising emails confirming the refusal to refund. Won't be buying from Papier again.”

“We ordered a diary for our grandson. It is perfect for him. The only problem was the courier who was very slow. There was no communication to let us know when it was coming and it was left on the front steps while we were away for the weekend. It is just lucky that it wasn’t stolen or rained on.”
