“I've bought planners for the past 6 years and generally love them because they are beautiful and useful. The lowere rating for this year's purchase is because the printing ink is faint and I have to look harder to see the dates etc. It's a disappoinment”

“I purchased a daily planner/diary. It is supreme quality, the cover is hardback and protects it well, and the pages are thick and nice to write on. I absolutely would recommend this. I customized the diary too, great little gift I think.”

“I find the website quite confusing as I would not have thought you would have to go into “Personalise” if you wanted the diary left blank. Although I made a mistake in the ordering of the item, it was very quickly and efficiently rectified.”

“I ordered a notebook for my sister as a present and it’s absolutely beautiful and I’m very happy with my purchase. I had it personalised with my own message which takes the present up to the next level. Very good service and fast delivery.”

“Absolute exemplary customer service! I made a mistake on my order as misunderstood something on personalising a recipe journal. Emailed customer service on a Sunday - had a very prompt reply from Steph to which I could reply (for once not a 'no-reply' email) and Steph kindly showed compassion, understanding and empathy. Personable, efficient and friendly service - thank you very much!”

“I ordered a personalized recipe journal and the recipient said it was the best present ever, and she cried. The paper is really high quality, as is the binding (so many different covers to choose from!) and we both especially liked the categories in the recipe journal and space for personal notes. This will be my go-to gift for anyone who likes to cook. It would also make a fantastic hostess present. Shipping was really fast so it's easy to order somewhat on the spur of the moment.”
