“First, I love the quality of paper the calendar. I color code our family members, and there is no bleed through. I also LOVE that it is bound like a book, rather than a clunky spiral ring. That was the biggest selling point for me because I love to carry it in my purse without it getting caught on everything. It will take me time to adjust to having a calendar where all the months are in the front of the calendar and the weeks are in the back. That doesn't make sense to me, but maybe others like that? Also, I miss not having tabs on the months, so I will have to add those myself. Overall, it is a great, quality yearly calendar for the price.”

“This is my first purchase from Papier and I was not disappointed. Finally, I have found a diary that is conducive to how I work, with monthly planners, a day to a page that includes a to do list and priorities, alongside the schedule. Perfect! The choice of covers was impressive, but I’m pretty sure I picked the best one. The option to personalise is a bonus.”

“I ordered a personalised photo book to arrive for my boyfriend's birthday. It was estimated to arrive three days before his birthday, but the day before it was meant to arrive I received an email from Papier support saying they were experiencing an unforeseen delay at their suppliers, so it would arrive a couple of days late. Over a week later it still hadn't arrived so I reached out to customer support. They told me it was likely lost and it was better to re-order it. Danielle was helpful and got it sorted quickly, and to her credit the new copy arrived only three days after our conversation. However, the cover of the book is scruffy and damaged, and just looks terrible. I'm really disappointed.”

“I am usually obsessed with Papier and don’t mind the price tag because the quality is very high, however, I recently purchased a personalised address book and I was really disappointed with the finished product. The finish is not durable at all and I do not feel that it reflects the brand well.”

“I wasn't happy with the service i received. My order came incorrect and a replacement was seent a week later which meant I was delayed in giving my clients their wedding album. This looked really bad on me as a business. I'm unhappy with my experience.”

“I really love my photo album, although I was a little disappointed at the quality of some of the images. It seems to be images that were taken on a phone and then expanded to the largest size, but a minimum pixel/image size guide would have been helpful. Also, while the templates were good I found them a little restrictive. And would have loved the option to lay out my images differently. The templates I frequently wanted to use often didn’t allow captions either (despite having enough space as a border) which was annoying.”

“I have gotten a new Papier yearly planner for 4 years now! i love them! I love the designs and the different kinds of organizational pages. I am a planner, journaler, doodler, brainstormer, and I find I never run out of pages here! (I do have a separate journal for my daily pages).”

“Amazing products, much better quality than other photo books. Great customer service too. One of my orders was damaged by the delivery company (nothing to do with Papier) and they were super quick and helpful and replaced the item for me. Highly recommend.”

“I am very fond of Papier in general but their photo albums are just beautiful. I have a couple of different sizes and they hold a lot of photos along with being able to type names or captions. I am hoping one day I get all my photos into lovely Papier albums. I also have one of their fantastic weekly diaries which I have just reordered for myself and for my niece. Just perfect.”
