“Thank you so much for creating baby photo album for my nephew. My sister and her husband loved it! It was my nephew’s 1st Christmas as he was two months old. My brother in law said he would take the photo album if there was ever a fire at the home.”

“My journal came damaged and when asking for a refund, they offered me 10% back which does not even cover shipping. After back-and-forth they refused to give me full refund and, instead, offered to send a new journal. The new journal also came damaged in the mail. For $30 journals and poor customer service, I will not be buying from them again and do not recommend this to anyone else.”

“Recently, I received my Papier planner, and I love the cover design and I also love how organized the planner was laid out. My only complaint is that the notes for each month are way in the back of the planner meaning I have to flip back and forth to write out my plans for each month. Otherwise it is a very nice planner and very well done!”

“I haven’t received two items I ordered almost a mont ago, on December 12. The UPS tracking hasn’t been updated either so I don’t know if my two journals are lost or if they’ll appear halfway through March.”

“I love my Papier yearly planners and last ordered in 2022. When I placed my order for my 2025 planner, I anticipated minimal changes as the website didn’t reflect much difference in planners of prior years. Upon receiving my 2025 planner, the daily spaces to write in were smaller and the calendars were labeled with an abundance of holidays, etc. It would be a great option to omit holidays, etc. on the monthly calendar portion of the planner as it takes up space. If customers could also be afforded more space in the daily sections, it would be beneficial and more appealing for future purchases.”

“This is my 4th year using the daily calendar. It is an invaluable tool as I am still old school in writing all my events down vs putting them on my phone. It gets thrown in my bag and has coffee stains all over and the little champ holds up all year! To say I love it, is an understatement!”
