“Extremely good products. Very god quality for the price. Slow shipping time however I am assume the time of year and weather disruption were factors in this.”

“The photos of the planner online are beautiful, however the quality of the spiral planner is not what I expected. Not to mention that my order came damaged. I contacted their customer support and was immediately given excellent service and a refund. I will continue to give their other products a chance. I love companies that take feedback and listen to their customers.”

“My notebook came quick and was exactly what I wanted/like advertised. Love papier! I also bought matching pen as well as the gift box- one thing to note was the tissue paper wrapped around the notebook was ripped, but that stuff happens and is understandable.”

“I’ve been a returning customer of Papier for some years now. I’ve had diaries, wellness journals and recipe books and none have disappointed. Their designs are beautiful and the finished product is always perfectly executed. Very high quality. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my diaries. Always look forward to a Papier delivery ☺️”

“A pleasing first purchase from initial ordering online (a good selection of choices) to receiving my order. My diary is hardback with good quality pages. I like the extra monthly planner pages at the front and spare pages at the back. The pattern is as crisp as it appeared online but only a minor niggle.”

“The five stars relates to the Papier Diaries of which my wife and I prefer to use over other brands - especially when it comes to planning and recording events. The staff are friendly and helpful too; as I found out recently when complaining about the dried out set of Bright Ideas Mini Highlighters I’d also purchased. There was no problem in getting them replaced but the replacements themselves were dried out too! Shan’t be asking again. ☹️”

“Really lovely products, however customer service extremely unhelpful. Couldn’t help with my issue. Kept on hold for almost 20 mins then got cut off the chat. Finally regained contact. But still couldn’t resolve the issue satisfactory, then chat ended again in a robotic AI fashion.”

“I had a problem with personalised diary, I didn't want to put anything in, but you auto filled with a random name. Suggest you don't have any auto fill name to avoid this”
