“so so cute. I love all of Papier’s designs and spent hours looking through all the different notebooks, planners, and journals. finally decided on the Time to Bloom spiral notebook and Balance in the Blank Pages Self-Care journal. I’m obsessed and love that Papier supports talented graphic designers. Will be buying more from them in the future.”

“Ordered a welcome board in colour rose. It arrived and it was in colour white and the font wasn’t the correct size. Requested a replacement which then didn’t arrive. Asked again and was sent a replacement but this was also faulty with the same issues. All papier offered was a 30% refund as they stated ‘slight variations’ can happen with the colour and the font was the correct size according to the printers. Sent photo evidence that proved this was not the case but have been left with two faulty boards and only 30% refund.”

“Whilst still offering excellent product choice and ease of use, I've found my last few deliveries with Papier to be taking longer than they used to. Whilst within the delivery window suggested, my orders would previously arrive earlier in the window. If I can't expect delivery quickly, because my use of Papier tends to be because I've been disorganised, then I'm not sure I'd see the value in using the site in future.”

“Hi Papier I am very interested on getting discounts because I ordered a gratitude journal early December and was told it would arrive by middle of December not only did the line of that book getting fully canceled but the estimated arrival kept going up I was looking forward to starting this by the start of 2025 and never received and had inconvenience from this I hope we can work this out thanks Happy new year, Bennett,”

“Notebook was amazing. Only one small problem with packaging is thay it could be a bit thicker as it was damaged when arrived due to dog bite through packaging to notebook”

“I had a problem with a product not arriving, I messaged via WhatsApp and it was promptly sorted and they re dispatched as well as refunded the postage. Excellent customer service! As well as a beautiful notebook!”
