“Quality stationery guaranteed every time when purchasing from Papier. I recently bought pens for teachers' presents that were greatly appreciated. Will always return to Papier for quality stationery for presents and myself.”

“Order was on two parts. One was two greetings cards that were delivered ok. The second part was a customised recipe book. This item was never received. Delivery was planned for later than initially estimated without this being communicated with me. In the end Evri delivered it in a different building from the one my flat is in, so never found it. And despite the fact that Evri admitted their mistake, Papier never acknowledged the issue. They asked three times for the order number in the WhatsApp discussion which I also find very poor customer support.”

“I like the simplistic design and the personalization offered but that's about it. It's not my favorite planner. The lines (ink) on the pages is very light so relatively difficult to see. I also don't understand why the sections are done the way that they are. The first few pages are monthly calendars for each month, followed by monthly overviews of each month, then the weekly agenda. It would make more sense to group the content by month (July calendar, July overview, July weekly breakdown, then August calendar, August overview, August weekly breakdown, etc.) If I saw it in person, I wouldn't have purchased it”

“I ordered a personalised engagement congratulations card. Papier sent two Fathers Day cards instead. The recipient's father is dead. I emailed Papier about the experience and to ask for an explanation. Twice. I have yet to receive any kind of response. A masterclass in poor customer service.”

“I ordered from here for my dad’s 50th birthday present and it was meant to be something special from me and my sister. Paying nearly £50 was a lot of money for a photo book but I thought it would be really good quality. However when I got this all the photos where blury and pixelated, I’m not happy at all and had to give him it as it arrived the day before his birthday! “The results were good, but the editing process was very difficult. It kept exiting out and did not save check project various times. I had to restart the project at least 5 times. It was definitely a pain point.”

“I don't have much of a "use" review, since I purchased a planner that starts in July, but so far, it's BEAUTIFUL. I am so excited to use it! I am crossing my fingers that this will be THE planner I stick with. (Other planner collectors know what I am talking about!). I also really love the bookmark and pen holder. Those I think I would purchase again, no matter what. But the quality, speed and value of the planner is amazing, thus far! Thank you!!”

“This is my fourth year coming back to you. Year after year for note cards and diaries/address book just know the qualities is good .. easy to use website which makes it perfect for personalising those gifts . Would love you to do a house diary with planner to do ect !”
