“I’ve been using papier academic planners for years and am really disappointed with the change to the weekly planner layout. Given that it’s meant for academic use, it doesn’t make sense that it’s now harder to write out longer assignments due to the narrow columns, and there’s now a lot less ability to customize your use.”

“Hi, I purchased a 2025 page a day photo diary for my adult daughter as a Christmas present. It was beautiful. I was absolutely horrified to see the way it has fallen a part by August when I visited her on a work day. This is a work diary so it is used 5 days a week as you would expect a page a day diary to be used. There have been no spillages or mis-treatment. A page a day diary is, by its very nature going to get daily use and be carried around. I feel ashamed of the poor quality of the gift I have given her. I hope that other customers do not suffer the same embarrassment that I have.”

“Just to be clear, the only assistance I received was a 15% refund on a $100 purchase for two books that I can’t even use. As other reviews have mentioned, and as I’ve already said, the paper quality is extremely poor and the ink bleeds through the pages. This is unacceptable for this price range, and I’m not satisfied with the customer service’s response, which was simply that the quality may vary depending on their supply.”

Availability of the paper we source can differ due to global supply chain changes, so we may swap to alternative materials to ensure we are able to produce our stationery and keep it in stock. Unfortunately we cannot replace orders with a different paper stock - apologies I cannot help more with this! I will pass on this feedback to our team as something to look into for the future.

“Disappointing Quality – Not Worth the Price I paid for 2-day delivery but it arrived after 4 days. Not the end of the world, but frustrating. Unfortunately, the real disappointment was the quality of the planner itself. The cover finishing is poor and awkwardly cut, and the paper is so thin that printing from the previous page shows through, making it difficult to read. Any ink also bleeds through easily. The edges of the pages are uneven, with some sticking out and left unprotected. I’ve purchased many planners from other companies at this same price point, and they have all been far superior. Sadly, if this is the standard of Papier products, I won’t be buying from them again. The only positive was the packaging, which was presented nicely – but it’s not enough to make up for the quality issues.”

“I ordered 2 personnalised notebook and I was genuinely surprised by how flimsy these notebooks felt. The paper is very thin, ink shows through on the other side, and the pages come off the spiral way too easily. For the price, I expected something much more solid and pleasant to use. The quality just doesn’t match what I thought I was paying for. I definitely not recommand the customise notenooks.”

“Used papier site to create year books for my daughter’s year 3 class as school closing for good after this term. First time using papier. The actual product turned out nicely and my daughter loves her year books, however there was a delay with the production of the books which meant they were not delivered before school term ended. Customer support team did provide partial refund for the delay in the end. Another thing to note is there was no undo button on the editor when creating the book so worth the company considering adding that function.”

“I recently got a personalized Academic Planner from Papier, and even though there was a little slip-up, their support team is so sweet! Quick shout-out to Danielle and Nicole, they were so helpful, were quick with their responses, and just so sweet!! I couldn’t be happier with what they helped me with. Back to the Academic Planner; the layout is thoughtfully designed, making it easy to stay on top of deadlines, schedules, and study goals. The variety of stylish covers and the option to personalize them really make it feel like something special. It’s totally worth it, I'll be using these until I graduate!”

“I ordered a Wedding Album, I was happy with the result. In designing it, I would have preferred a few extra page layouts and the ability to reduce some of the photos; I could enlarge but not reduce. I usually do paper Scapebooking and this was the first digital album I had done; the process was quick but I thought I would have a lot more options. I also thought it came in a gift box and wasn't impressed with the exchange rate charged after the order was processed.”

“I couldn't be more disappointed with the service I have received from Papier. I placed an order for some place cards for my wedding and they never arrived. When I flagged this with Papier they said the parcel cannot be tracked, it was too late and they couldn't deliver more in time. This has left me with mis-matching wedding stationary which is absolutely devastating. Please avoid Papier for your wedding stationary if you don't want to be disappointed. On top of this the refund time is extremely long. AVOID!!!!”

“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Papier. I’ve had issues with a return order not once, but twice, and each time the process was completely mishandled. For a brand that prides itself on quality and service, this experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly unacceptable. I’m still waiting on a refund and a correct replacement copy. Would not recommend based on this experience.”

“The layout is honestly confusing, seemingly impossible to follow or have everyone for that month in one area, and personally I think it’s just kind of terrible. There are no tabs on the side and your calander are all together then all your weekly notes in one part all together and at the end you get like a few pages of scratch paper that’s it. I don’t enjoy the paper quality either. It’s not as thick or durable as it was made out to be. The page inserts are paper so they deteriorate very quickly are are unusable after just a few short days it seems like. Over all I’m extremely disappointed. I spent over 60$ on my order and it turned out to be basically unusable with how disorganized it was and how inefficient the lay out turned out to be. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Save your money.”

“Great experience and product. First photo book ordered from Papier and first time using a photo uploader and book app. The customer service was great - they went through my book and let me know which photos might be blurry so I changed accordingly. Photos printed really well, parcel arrived a day early and present well received. Thank you 😊”
