4 months and no dialog Sent parcel to my parents in Spain (from UK) 12 April, as of 4th August it still hasn't been delivered. UPS will not discuss with me as I am not the sender (P2G is) and Parcel2Go will not respond to email, Facebook Chat, Live Chat etc. Trying to claim is futile - as UPS show the goods 'held at depot' P2G won't raise a loss claim. Whenever I contact them via Facebook, they reply with something along the lines of 'We need to discuss this with the carrier' then never get back to me. Although UPS is the problem with delivering the parcel, Parcel2Go's communication (or lack thereof) is disgusting - I'm stuck trying to communicate with a company that doesn't respond, whose website makes it very difficult to claim loss of parcel, and the lack of any human interaction to try and sort this mess out, but their middleman service means they are my only point of contact. They have never replied to an email, they close any claims immediately as UPS show goods as 'held at depot' and they don't continue any Facebook dialog. All import charges etc. have been paid, the only thing stopping UPS delivering is the loss of the parcel, and P2G seem unable or unwilling to start proceedings against UPS - Parcel was sent with full insurance cover paid, but it seems I can't claim against it, even after 4 months in transit.

The package was lost without any reasonable explanation, after 3 months no information was provided by the complaints department repeating t&cs apply to my lost delivery case. No consideration for statutory consumers rights. Gross negligence!

Sent parcel told it was at the destination depot waiting for collection on tracking can't get in touch with a human on the phone it is not allowed then informed the parcel was lost via live chat told we would get our postal cost back only no compensation for the lost (proberly stolen parcel) parcel to go and hermes are a shambles what is the point of your tracking system if you really haven't got a clue where the parcels are if your system worked all you have to do is find where it was scanned last and ask the person who scanned it and which vehicle it was put on with so many parcels going missing there is a massive problem with in the company the might be a bit cheaper now I know why no customer service no organisation AVOID

I used Parcel2Go to send something next day delivery, as I was relying on it arriving on time. Arrives late and when I complain, they said well you didn't purchase "Guaranteed Delivery". Such a stupid service! You purchase something and pay good money for it, but then have to pay more to actually get the service you pay for. Not sure how anyone can run a reputable business like this, customer trust completely destroyed! Don't bother using them

Complete rip off & very poor customer service. A brand new and unboxed cabinet was damaged in transit and no compensation given even though we had paid for 'Parcel Protection'. Will never use again.

This company has lost our £5000 worth pallet and we can not get a proper answer from them. We will report them to the police, we will bring this to trading standards and ombudsman! We have waited long enough to solve this. We have proof of non-answered mailings! Parcel2go tracking no: P2G91997992 Palletways order refference 91997992

No warning that they were delivering. Driver just turned up at 7.40 am out of the blue, had a bad attitude and was shouting at me on my doorstep. Didn’t social distance and wasn’t happy about being pulled up about it. I would not use this company.

If there was room for no stars, I would prefer it. They failed to collect my parcel and still haven't refunded me after 6 weeks and many requests. They make contacting them impossible and the "24hour 7 day" online chat facility doesn't work at all.

Can I please have a negative number of stars. This company (and DPD) are worse than useless, they actually lie to you!

The parcel was extremely damaged. They have either been kicking or driven over the parcel. No refund offered at all

would give 0 stars if I could. paid over £60 for collection & delivery. collection arranged but no collection made. no email or any notification. 2nd time I have used P2Go, both times collection failed. Waste of time & money using this service - go to DPD directly for a good reliable service.

IF I COULD HAVE SCORED ZERO I WOULD HAVE Booked to have a parcel collected, waited in all day (they said would be collected between 8am and 8pm) they did not collect it NO WAY TO GET HELP They have a live chat system but this is all automated which only gives set options which are to rebook (what I wanted to know is when they are picking the parcel up, I do not want to waste another day waiting in for them), to request a refund or details on how I could take it to a drop off point (a mile away and why should I pay them to pick it up and then take it to the shop myself). There is an option to direct message them on facebook however they will respond within 24 hours which is absurd, pretty much the definition of poor customer service. They do not have a number to can call or other ways of making contact WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE ELSE FROM DOING SO

Will never use parcel2go again. Paid for parcel to be delivered by 6th July and now the 14th. People I am sending it to are now away for 3 months so waste of time as was a birthday present. Refusing to pay out for delivery in time guarantee which is a scam saying it is because of customs. Can't be customs as it has been in Singapore for last week instead of Australia. I know parcel2go are a broker, not the courier but when things go wrong the courier says contact parcel2go and parcel2go says contact the courier. Will either pay more money and go through royal post or use the courier direct. Now looking at making a claim the small claims tribunal.

Utterly useless company that treat their customers with contempt. My parcel was not delivered so I tried to contact Parcel2Go. Impossible to speak to a human being so I had to listen to a voice recording which kept telling me that my parcel should have been delivered 4 days ago. I submitted a request that Parcel2Go investigate what had happened to my parcel. 3 weeks later they sent me a company generated email stating that my claim had been rejected even though I hadn’t made a claim. I still haven’t had confirmation that my parcel has definitively been lost. I am tired, frustrated and bored of dealing with these cowboys. Avoid these clowns and deal with a courier provider direct.

I paid for a collection and onward delivery service, the collection did indeed happen on the date requested. However, following zero updates or any form of communication to arrange the onward delivery, I then received an email suggesting that a claim had been raised on my order for 'damage'. Curious as to what had happened, I then made the fatal mistake of trying to find any form of being able to contact Parcel2go! Hidden away in the website is a Live Chat function that of course, is an automated bot process that takes a while to get diverted through to what I can only hope is a real human to question what is going on with my delivery and what is this claim relating too. After 4 hours and being passed to 5 different 'supervisors', I'm then told that the delivery is held in a National Hub and Parcel2go will have to wait for another 3 days before getting any form of update from the courier and then importantly, when the parcel might be scheduled for delivery. Furthermore, Parcel2go confirmed that they have raised the case for damage on my behalf and what they now need me to do is submit a load of documentation and pictures to support this claim before being able to take the matter any further - which is slight challenge, as they cannot locate the parcel or confirm when it will be delivered for me to then try and seek reimbursement. Parcel2go operate strictly as an Online Company only, there is no way of communicating with them other than the Live Chat function on the website - if you are lucky enough to 'chat' with an operator, the professionalism and customer service is nothing short of disgusting ... avoid at all cost.

Parcel2go are totally incompetent in every respect, other than taking money and then not fulfilling their obligations. Communication with them is virtually impossible, they deliberately make it difficult to make a claim in the hope you'll give up.Their tracking system is totally flawed, a parcel I sent is showing as out for delivery and has been for 3 days. Although it is sitting on my kitchen table after being returned to me damaged. They fail to give you necessary information when you book a delivery. Go elsewhere, please.

An utterly pointless company. Book any delivery direct. This company is utterly useless when it comes to dealing with issues which are common place these days. When you use an agent like this, you give up your rights to pursue an issue with the courier and this company basically do nothing. Seriously bad, just dont bother and save yourself a ton of hassle when booking your next delivery
