“Brilliant service especially drop offs and great prices. We often use Parcel2Go for sending items we've sold on ebay. Their Quick Send tool brings in the address which is really useful.”

“Excellent experience, every method was clear, simple payment and great communication. Last minute I had to modify my pick up date and it was simple to do so. I reserved a package from Manchester for the following day, and two days later shipped it to France. I'm going to use the service again and recommend it entirely. Thank you”

“I am surprised of finding bad reviews about this company. I find it super helpful and brilliant. I dispatched 3 large parcel with them which I sold on my ebay shop, I could import the orders to make it super easy to copy address and details. They offer very competitive prices, my last delivery was overweight and they also paid for me the extra! Well done Parcel 2 go don `t disappoint me please :)”

“I was very concerned regarding the negative comments on reviews, however I have to say that I had no problems at all with the service received. I would quite happily recommend them. I used the live chat to check on updates and the chat was easy and gave me the answers.”

“James Greenbury take note. So it didn't start out so well; none of us want to wait 14 days to get the outcome of a lost package. Lateral thinking was required, I hadn't got 14 days. I went straight to the top and I wasn't disappointed. The follow through from the appointed employee to find out what was happening was faultless and professional. There is a way's to go clearly before this is reflected in the direct line with Customers, but I have faith this can change.”

“Excellent. After a dire, and very expensive, experience with Parcel Monkey failing to send some stuff to Australia I tried Parcel2Go. They were by far one of the cheapest, picked the parcels up the next day and delivered them in Aus 5 days later. Tracked all the way”

“I booked a pickup through them for delivery to Norfolk. I then had to cancel the pickup as the buyer was going to be away for 2 weeks. They were quick and helpful in getting me a full refund for the cancelled delivery.”

“I booked 5 services through Parcel2go for personal effects to be sent via UPS from London to mainland Spain. I booked the cheapest service and they guaranteed my boxes would make it to Spain by the 7th of March after having dropped them off on Monday 27th of February at my nearest UPS Accesos Point in London. All of the boxes arrived at my spanish address together on the 2nd of Marcha, in perfecto conditions. Their tracking service is excellent and helped me predict what time the delivery would me madre to my address. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else shipping abroad.”

“I used Parcel2go for the first time last week. After reading the reviews (after it had been sent) I was rather dismayed at the amount of negative ones so hoped everything would be ok. The parcel was collected by a very friendly and courteous driver from UPL and the journey began! Tracking it was so useful and very interesting as you start to appreciate the amount of work involved and various handling etc it goes through en route. My parcel arrived a day before the allotted time in good condition and I have nothing but praise for the company and the prices are amazing! I will have no hesitation in recommending to anyone else - fantastic service!”

“The parcel was collected from my place of work as requested in Ireland. It was collected at 4pm on Monday. The estimated delivery date into the UK was Thursday but it was delivered at 11am on the Wednesday. Would 100% use the service again.”

“I must admit after reading some of these reviews i had my doubts and voiced my opinion in your live chat but there was no problem the tracking was a bit late due to the fact the parcel was going through a number of border on its way to bulgaria and the heavy snow cant have helped but it was one day late i call that brilliant i was really surprised it arrived at the door thankyou i will be using you again”
