AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Spent 3 hours trying to arrange a delivery from Leeds to Bristol. Their Chat service is exhaustive & frustrating. Had to cancel collection twice & they refused to refund me twice. If I hadn't paid by PayPal, I would still be chasing my refunds.

$4000 musical instrument never arrived. Parcel2go created forged delivery signature to pretend it had been delivered to avoid insurance claim. Then refused to discuss the matter. This company is a scam. If they spent as much time delivering parcels as they do writing fake positive reviews on themselves the world would be a happier place. ps. you need a few more tick box options, ie. no one made delivery, never arrived

Worst service!! They didn’t send me a label and never told me that a have to print a label! They didn’t pick up my parcel and only when I contact them after that they told me that they forgot to send me the label and that they forgot to collect my parcel! The people I chatted with they have knowledge and don’t give the right informations. Finally after one week they came to pick up the parcel and told me that the label, themselves send me , is not correct!!!!!!!! Still waiting for someone to pick up this parcel!!!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!!!!

Not impressed at all. Not impressed at all. Sent a parcel to The US, it did not arrive. Contacted Parcel2Go who informed me that it had been delivered and signed for at a random address on the opposite side of the country! Investigation miraculously finds my parcel again a few days later and informs me it is being returned to sender; I'm asked to contact them if it does not arrive within 6 weeks. My parcel did not arrive, so I contact them again and they start another investigation; I'm told that they will contact me via E-mail in 24-48 hours. 5 days later I contact them as I have not heard anything; they start another investigation and do get back to me literally within 15 minutes to say that my parcel has been destroyed as it was not insured. I contact them again to say not only was it insured but I had purchased extra insurance because of the value of the contents. I am then informed that insurance is invalidated because the contents are a no compensation item. Insurance is added by default and when attempting earlier to day to send something without insurance I noted that there are numerous attempts to get you to purchase and dire warnings at the consequences if you choose not to. The list of no compensation items is extensive and in some cases wide open to interpretation. I am still waiting a refund on the actual shipping cost and not holding my breath! So check before you book folks; here is the list! Ceramics / Porcelain / China / Stone - Items Made Or Consisting Of Porcelain Or Similar Including Tiles, Sinks, Basins, Toilets, Baths, Concrete, Crockery, Granite, Marble, Vase, Pottery, Plates Etc. Delicate Items Documents (Where Not Prohibited) Fishing Rods Fragile Items (all) Glass Items Of Any Type - Including Glassware, Crystal, Bulbs, Screens, Fiberglass, Fish Tanks, Mirror, Spectacles, Window, Perspex Etc. Hamper Lenses Lights, Lighting, Lamps, Lampshades, Chandeliers Etc. Models (Including Planes, cars, gliders.) Packaging - Including The Box, Media Packaging, Suitcases/Flight Cases Used As Packaging Etc Pewter Figures Precious Metals And Stones - Including Gold, Silver, Platinum, Palladium, Gems, Gemstones, Diamond, Ruby, Emerald, Amber, Pearl Etc. (Including In Jewellery Form) Shower Screen SIM Cards (Where Not Prohibited) Small Vehicle Parts Including Headlights, Taillights, Gearboxes, Motorcycle Parts Etc. Stoneware, Statues, Statuettes, Marble Torches Vermiculite Board Watch

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Dreadful experience for what shoudl have been a simple delivery to a major city in Canada. It never arrived and all the online chat "customer service" people could tell me was that they were investigating it with the local courier. There is no email address or phone number to call in - just a terrible chat service. When I asked for it to be escalated, but I can assure you it wasn't, as I never got an apology, a refund or anything! They had my email address wrong in their system and advised me they couldn't update it either. What type of company cant update your email details? It took 2 months of me contacting via chat (again - they have no other way to deal with them) - no updates, no response and then they just randomly delivered it back to my home address without any explanation. Oh, and they sent it in a new box with another clients information plastered all over it.

Anout 2 months ago i sent a fishing rod via parcel2go and it was extremely well packed however it arrived damaged and really the only way to damage it would have been to run over it with a truck. Because it was a fishing rod i was unable to get insurance so i lost out on £350 and was given nothing apart from my postage costs..this month i sent another rod and they seem to have lost this one , bear in mind the package is nearly 6ft long so its hard to lose...currently the tracking ends at the depot and i keep getting emails saying they are looking into it but im not very hopeful of a positive outcome..how can this be acceptable. Thats another £250 lost as it should have been delivered a month ago..this 2nd rod has clearly been stolen. Why are there not practises in place to prevent this. Im only a small business and these 2 losses have hit me really hard..order Anout 2 months ago i sent a fishing rod via parcel2go and it was extremely well packed however it arrived damaged and really the only way to damage it would have been to run over it with a truck. Aweful customer service The prices are reasonable but their customer service is terrible. The agents do not communicate cohesively and alot of the correspondence over email makes zero sense. Spoken to multiple agents and no one seems to know what is going on. On the occasions where your parcel experience does not go smoothly basically you are stuck because you will not receive any help from these guys. My parcel has been stuck at the depot for over a month without any notification what so ever. The email response is bad, and the chat experience was even worse

Ordered a collection and of course Parcelforce never came but on the page it claims they did but nobody was in, both my wife and me stayed in all day for the bloody package. Totally screwed up everything and their online help is a joke, thought Dublin was in the UK! idiots

Levied an extra £3 due to one dimension of the parcel being 3cm greater than allowed. However it was 6cm shorter in length and 8 cm smaller in width. Normally I would continue to use this site for all deliveries but I cannot find an email address on their site so cannot have a moan. I shall go direct to Hermes now. G.Easton

i put a claim in for a dog toy sent to a buyer it which was damaged beyound repair. Let me state it was in a pdded envelope in a plastic sealable wallet so the only damge that could be done is from Hermes. My parcel claim was rejected yet again and yet its a dog toy not anything on a prohibbited list also paid for protection what is the use of having this. I am now using a different broker and a differnt courier. You always find a an excuse not to pay out. I put a calim in for a surcharge and for a parcel weghing 500g i put 0.6kg to make sure ys i have digital scales to prove this Hermes state the parcel was 1.2kg now how can it double with oinly one item. i have had this problem before 1kg bag that they said weighed 3kg I had to wait a long time to get the money returned. IF I WAS YOU USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND DO NOT USE HERMES

If you value your sanity and bank balance, do not use this company. Why, read reviews and find another courier. Despite their processes allowing me to purchase insurance, they refused my claim when they lost a 27 kg parcel putting me out of pocket of £150.

Parcel arrived clearly packaged fragile by the seller however this was clearly disregarded at some point during the process, box was battered beyond belief and as you can imagine the glass item inside smashed to pieces! It looked as if someone had played football with my parcel!

SIMPLY DREADFUL. VERY UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no phone number to speak to anyone and they use offshore support who only use Live Chat. The support will tell you nothing except to wait. Paid for priority express service but it takes 8 days longer for the parcel to even leave the country as Parcel2Go sent DPD the wrong invoice, twice. Then DPD apparently use another company called Aramex so it's a dead end and there is just no means to really know where the issue/parcel is the after I called DPD export like 10 times and even Aramex I was told to speak to Parcel2Go. Guess what?? I was told by Parcel2Go they are 'investigating' this issue and I need to wait for up to 7 days. And this is their 'procedure'. I can't believe I have to chase them up so many times and call different companies just trying to get to the bottom of it and get the parcel delivered. I would strongly advise anyone to use this company. EVER. Also find it really strange that this company have really bad reviews here but have raving reviews on TrustPilot. Fake???

This was my second time sending a parcel with them from UK to Spain via DPD. The first time was all great and this second time I was a bit scared because they were two big boxes (20kg and 25kg) and together. They were collected last Thursday and arrived yesterday in perfect condition. All the process was fully tracked and I have zero complaints. I will keep using the service :)

Failed to collect parcel on 4 consecutive days, still waiting. No phone number, no email, and the live chat function is hidden deep in their website, and don't think for one second that will help resolve your issues as they don't care. My live chat ended with them saying they where just the booking agent and cutting me off even though it said I had 60secs to reply, so I guess I just go straight to the courier next time I want to send a Parcel then? Absoluty atrocious customer service, avoid if you can.

Current court proceedings against them as I sent an exhaust via them weighing 20kg and 100cm x 50cm x 35cm, So far from a small item.  After a week passed the buyer contacted me saying that the item hadnt of moved for a few days on there tracking system so I had to contact P2G and then after around a week of persistence and chasing they finally confirmed the item was lost! After then I realised the item was only insured for £70 instead of £700 which showed the eBay item transaction sold for. I then had to refund the buyer in full at my own expense and again chase P2G for money back. After I realised I was not getting anywhere with them I decided to send Letter Before Action and now court proceedings letter, Currently the next stage is court hearing which again will add around another £80 to the current costs which are now at around £816+.  I feel I have paid for a service to be carried out and they have breached there contract not fulfilling that service And as also stated in there terms and conditions,Our Obligations;2.3 We warrant that we will provide the Service(s) using reasonable care and skill.   I do not feel that reasonable care or skill was taken nor any real attempt to locate the lost parcel Tracking Number - P2G61778017 Regards,  Kyle
